Beautiful panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico and unobstructed city views from this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath non-smoking condo with two large bedrooms. One room has a king-size bed and the other has two queen-size beds. We provide beach chairs, towels, umbrella and toys. Unit is directly across the street (100 yards) from the world famous Siesta Key Public Beach, which is consistently rated as one of the best beaches in the USA. For families, this is the only stretch of beach on Siesta with lifeguards on duty as well as concessions and public restrooms. Extremely convenient, family friendly and safe. This 6th floor unit is quiet, private, and spacious and is one of only 24 units located in this 7 story building. Features new appliances (including washer and dryer) and furnishings, 3 flat screen TV's, BluRay/DVD player, and wi-fi. All the comforts of home. A short walk, bike ride or free trolley takes you to Siesta Key Village 'The Village' where you will find numerous bars, restaurants and shops! Fantastic views!

Spring break

The location of this property was perfect for our family. The condo was stocked with all types of beach chairs, coolers & umbrellas, which was super convenient. The kitchen was stocked with all sorts of appliances to cook, and the grills were wonderful out by the pool. Our family of four was very comfortable and we enjoyed the view on the balcony of the beach. We will be back.

Wonderful Siesta Stay So Close to Beach!

The condo at Our House at the Beach was in a great location! Directly across from public beach parking, and within walking distance to the Village. The condo was clean, spacious, and what a view! It was perfect for our family. Julie and Bill were very responsive to the various questions I had, and also, provided clear instructions and rules of the road! I would highly recommend to all.

We Love This Place!

This was our third year staying at the condo, and we are due back again next year. It is absolutely the best! The location is definitely a plus, and Bill and Julie are the amazing to deal with. The condo has everything you need. I would recommend it to anyone!

The Perfect Place on Siesta Key

We absolutely love this condo! The location is the best (right across from Siesta Key Beach), and it is just a trolley or golf cart ride to any restaurant, shopping area, or bar that you would like to visit. This is our second year staying here, and we have already booked for next summer. Bill and Julie are the best!

We loved this condo on the 6th floor with great views. The condo is located right across the Street from the beautiful Siesta Key public beach. Great restaurants in either direction. We enjoyed visiting a different beach every day all within a 20 minute drive. Perfect location. Condo had good floor plan and very clean. Host was easy to work with.

Best Condo

This condo was the best condo we have ever rented. It was beautiful and had all the amenities that you could possibly need/want. The location was perfect. Across the street from the beach and about a 20 minute walk to the Siesta Key Village. The owners responded to any questions that we had immediately. Can't wait to visit Siesta Key again and spend a week at this condo.

Christmas at the Beach

Had a great time celebrating the Holiday at this condo in Siesta Key. Location is perfect with beach access just across the street and about halfway between the North and South ends of the beach that both have shopping and dining. No need to drive to those locations as there is a trolley stop in front of the building that will get you to and from. The Condo itself was very nice with plenty of our room for our family of 5. Owners were great to work with and communicated regularly with us leading up to and after our trip.

Great stay

Everything went well from the time we got to the property until the time we left. Water was shut off for all tenants from midnight until 8am one night which was no problem as long as we were notified and a problem with one bathroom stool that was fixed as soon as we let the owner about the problem.

A Week in Paradise

We have been blessed to stay at Bill and Julie’s beautiful condo for a week! It was truly paradise! The location was absolutely perfect! The condo was beautifully decorated and clean! It had breathtaking views and we couldn’t have asked for anything more for our perfect family vacation! It was our first time to Siesta Key and it has our hearts! If we have the opportunity to return, we would love to rent from Bill and Julie again! The condo has absolutely everything you need to feel at home! Absolutely Outstanding!

If you are searching for an immaculate condo that offers amazing views within very close proximity to one of the best beaches in the country, look no further. In addition; the hosts are incredibly responsive - we had an issue at the beginning of our stay with the lock to the entry door but it was addressed immediately with no problems afterwards. The communication from start to finish was stellar! It is a well appointed unit with everything you would need including beach equipment. Transportation is incredibly easy as there is a trolley and other options to get around the island. If you stay here, you will certainly not be disappointed!

Great Condo; Great Views

The first thing that strikes you when you walk into this condo are the wonderful views thanks to two walls of sliding glass doors in the main living space that look out to the beach for beautiful sunsets and back across the island toward Sarasota. This condo was perfect for my husband and I and our friend, who was traveling with us, as we had separate bedrooms on opposite sides of the unit, each with its own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. Our host provided ample towels, including beach towels, plus beach chairs, an umbrella and even beach toys for families. The beach access is directly across the street. The pool, too, is a very nice alternative to the beach. Our host was a great communicator and easy to reach before, during and after our stay. I would highly recommend this condo for its location, comfort and convenience.

We had a wonderful stay last week! Amazing beach and sunset view from the one balcony; sunrise view from the other balcony. Minutes to the beach and even less to the pool. So easy to enjoy both in one day. Beds were comfortable. Flew in from out of state, so we very much appreciated the use of the beach chairs and umbrella. Ate a few times in the nearby Village - very convenient. Took a drive up the coast to Anna Maria/Coquina Beach areas. Great different scenery for a day and lots of places to shop/eat along the way. Tip: take a sunset boat cruise - you will not be sorry!! Owners were very responsive in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful place..Directly across from Siesta Key public Beach

Wonderful stay. The balcony was to die for..the view of the beach and water was spectacular. .The see breeze trolley stop and the green hopper were almost in front of the property .We had everything we needed..plenty of pots pans bowls.dishes towels dish soap and dishwasher pods and toilet paper! I loved my bed. It was comfy.We had The Loaded Kitchen (new to Siesta Key but not the area)Purchase deliver and stocked the refrigerator and cupboards before we got there! So wonderful to not have to fight the traffic and spend time in store..and take the bags up the elevator in numerous trips! It was a stress relief to arrive and be able to sit on the balcony with a cold beverage!. Give them a try!The owners were so easy to work with and answered emails almost immediately. This would be a place I would love to stay again.

Paradise at the Beach

100% top notch property on the beach...literally across the road from Siesta Key Beach...very nice, updated with tile floors, full kitchen, pool, covered parking, etc. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed.
