A beautiful brand-new private 3-bedroomed villa in tranquil surroundings on Gramacho Golf & Country Estate. The villa is fully equipped to high spec and furnished with good taste and all rooms are air-conditioned. Wi-fi internet access free of charge. The landscaped gardens surround the villa and there is a small lawn area for children to play. Stunning views overlooking the 4th green and back of the fair-way (Vale de Pinta course). The villa has a security alarm and electric gates. The villa is located on a small cul-de-sac so there is no passing traffic.
Carvoeiro, a small residential seaside town with beautiful beaches, numerous restaurants, bars, shops and banks, is only 5 mins drive away. The Golf Estate Restaurant/Club house is a few minutes walk and there is also a small local supermarket within easy walk. The estate has a tennis court and children's play area as well as heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, and a new gym is being opened. The neighbouring Vale d'Oliveiras resort has a gym, spa and another two tennis courts, and a state-of-the-art craft brewery and vineyard with a restaurant is within 10min walk.

A wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful 5 star villa. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay with management on hand should they be needed. We will definitely look to book again.

Amazing villa in a great location

The property was stunning - light, airy, modern and clean, with a great view. We stayed for two weeks and it was very relaxing, but also lots to do within a 30-minute drive when we wanted to explore. It was just an 8-10 minutes drive from the coast and several beautiful beaches. The clubhouse is a 5-minute walk away for food and drinks, and there’s a lovely restaurant and taproom about a 12-15 minute walk away. Would definitely recommend.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Villa gefühlt. Die Küche und die Zimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles sehr großzügig und hell. Der Kontakt mit Sam war ausgezeichnet. Das Einzige was verbessern könnte: für die Feriengäste einen Staubsauger oder einen Wischer zur Verfügung stellen. Wir würden die Villa wieder buchen.

Outstanding villa & host

Super villa, very spacious with everything we needed and more, and uninterrupted golf course views; pictures really don’t do it justice. Ideal location for families and golfers alike being on the Pestana Gramacho Resort and leas than 10 minutes to Carvoeiro and Slide & Splash. Sam was a great host, regularly in contact ahead of our visit and was there to welcome us as we arrived with instructions, some useful information and a very gratefully received welcome pack. Would highly recommend and will return soon!

In a word ‘Perfection’

The villa is situated at the end of a cul de sac and overlooks the 4th green and fairway. The mature gardens ensure privacy for the pool and patio areas and the electronic gates and comprehensive alarm system ensure security. The villa is spotlessly clean and furnished and equiped to a very high standard with wifi and Sky tv. The clubhouse is within 5 minutes walking distance and the restuarant is highly recomended. The towns of Silves and Ferragudo are well worth a visit with many good restaraunts. Whether you are golfers or not this villa will be the perfect place to stay. Would we return? In a heartbeat

Best villa that we’ve ever stayed in.

We’ve stayed at many, many other properties at Pestana, this is by far the best. Stunning location, convenient for the Clubhouse, spacious, beautifully appointed and equipped. This wonderfully private villa is perfect and it will certainly be our No. 1 choice in the future. Really nice touches include, WiFi, Sonos and all of the British tv channels, that you could want. Spotlessly clean. Can’t recommend highly enough. Property well managed by the efficient and very helpful Sam Carr.

I purchased my first villa in the Algarve in 1996/1997. After having seen dozens of different villas along the Algarvian coast up to Burgau, west of Lagos, I fell in love with the town of Carvoeiro and its "small seaside town" atmosphere and charm. The town centre is small but it has everything to offer: shops, banks, pharmacy, numerous restaurants and plenty of bars and cafes and of course sandy beaches.
I moved to live permanently in the Algarve in 2000 leaving behind a busy career in the City in London and I set up a villa management business.
I look forward to welcoming you in the villa.
