Plenty of space on the garden terrace.
An essential garage for parking.
Wonderful sea view from the rooms. We have 3 bedrooms: two with a double bed in each and one with 2 twin beds.
The living room owes its charm to its beautiful fireplace and its view of the landscaped garden.

During these periods, I entrust my house to Barbara and Patrick, a very kind and very professional couple. They are taking great care of the villa to ensure that my guests have a wonderfull and memorable stay.

Why they chose this property
The villa is in the family for over 50 years. The flowery garden, the two outdoor terraces in the sun or in the shade of the pergola, the soothing atmosphere of the living and dining rooms, the fireplace and the solid wood staircase, the cosy bedrooms with sea views, are all details that make the villa a unique place, bathed with a spirit of dolce vita.
What makes this property unique
The house is located in an exclusive and calm area, right in between the Baie des Fourmis and the Anse des Fossettes, a few steps to La Pinède, the famous CoExist Fountain, and the St Hospice promenade. Slightly further, St Jean and its port offers a unique and very prized atmosphere. Not surprising that several celebrities and famous businessmen coming from all over the world have chosen St Jean as their main or secondary residence.
