The villa's location affords panoramic sea-views from its large roof terrace across the channel towards Fuerteventura. The roof terrace provides private sunbathing and also makes an ideal location from which to enjoy a long drink and watch the sunset.
The villa has very spacious, south facing, terraces with a choice of covered dining areas and ample outdoor seating, adjacent to the private heated pool.
The pool is heated to approx 28c and there is an adjacent warm, pool shower. The Hot Tub area is south facing and sheltered so can be enjoyed at any time of day or in the evening - it has views across the pool into the sub-tropical garden.
The villa enjoys a quiet, private setting at the end of a cul-de-sac with a vast green zone to one side. The large built in BBQ area provides a great opportunity for dining al-fresco on the sunny south facing terrace, the pool remains in direct sunlight all day. There is a covered Solana, with sliding doors, which provides indoor dining at night. The villa has a large, well planted, sub-tropical garden and enjoys views, past the lighthouse, towards Fuerteventura.
The villa is a short walk to spectacular rugged coastline (150 metres away) there is a very good range of local shops (5 mins walk), including two supermarkets, several bars/restaurants and a small bakery. Free Wi-FI & WiFi TV also included. TV has numerous international channels including standard British TV channels, SKY and numerous international channels including German & French channels. Faro Park is also on the 'town circular' bus route with a stop outside the local shops. Buses are inexpensive and run all day until very late in the evening - they are an easy option to get into the centre of the resort quickly. Alternatively, a long leisurely stroll along the coastal promenade will take you past many beach bars & restaurants en-route to the resort centre. Casa de Luz represents the best of both worlds with the main resort attractions being easily accessed, its own good selection of amenties close by, plus the benefits of a private villa with its own pool, Hot Tub and well planted garden.
