The villa is located in Paraíso da Luz ("Paradise of Luz"). Casa Berlin is a well appointed and well maintained 4 bedroom villa located in an enviable position in Praia da Luz, with sea and headland views and within walking distance of beach, restaurants, shops and supermarket. Built in 2002, it has a private pool, a large private garden and ocean views. It is situated only 120m back from the sea. To accommodate larger parties, we also have another property, ref. P4068 which is located only 800m away, close to the beach of Praia da Luz (250m) and the village shops and restaurants.

We are a family who are now into our 3rd generation of holidaying in Luz. We adore the area and think you will too!
Why they chose this property
As a growing family we need flexibility in accommodation and this villa provides it. A terrace to every room, each provided with seating and table, gives lots of 'me' space in addition to a beautiful, well kept garden with grass, flowers, shrubs and trees and of course the essential pool and bbq and alfresco dining area. The villa also has a basement which we have stocked with family/sports games eg table tennis, pool table, football table and darts board.

Private location, with great parking and large sports basement. AND a sea view and balcony/veranda or terrace to every room
