Beautiful modern & spacious. Our 3 bedroom,2 bathroom apartment includes Free WIFI. It is ideally located within a few minutes walk to the two local beaches, shops and restaurants.
The apartment has the advantage of air conditioning throughout, a lift and secure parking where your space is always guaranteed. Plus a large private roof terrace (with lockable door) fully equipped with table,chairs,sunbeds,umbrella & gas BBQ.
We have tried to think of everything to ensure you have a wonderful holiday, even down to providing a beach umbrella, a library of books & DVD´s plus hand luggage scales to be sure that you don´t exceed your weight limit when buying all those holiday souvenirs. For the children there are ,bucket & spades, balls,board games & cards.
We are very proud of our apartment and on many occasions have been told to quote "It is the best equipped apartment we have ever been to".
Sant Feliu de Guixols, a vibrant fishing town since antiquity, situated 100km from Barcelona (hourly bus service) and only 30km from Girona airport. 5 mins walk to the town which is set in a beautiful, sheltered bay and whose long, sandy beach contrasts with the surrounding craggy cliffs and secluded coves that give the Costa Brava its name. It gets its character from its clear, shallow waters, marina & active fishing (catch comes in daily). With its numerous bars & restaurants (most of which stay open all year), you will always be able to find an ideal spot to while away an hour or two with tapas & sangria. For the more active, there are numerous sporting attractions including a full size public swimming pool, gymnasiums, tennis courts, 2 sports complexes and a full range of nautical and aquatic sports. Golf at 5kms. The town hosts numerous and frequently free, activities and exhibitions. St Feliu de Guixols is an ideal location to unwind with friends, family, or a loved one.

Great place to stay

Really welcoming and uncomplicated hosts. Very spacious, well kept and inviting apartment. And the rooftop terrace and barbecue was a real bonus. Everything you could wish for. Highly recommended!

We had an enjoyable 10 days in this very nice apartment. Super hosts, very kind and hospitable. Excellent apartment in Sant Feliu de Guixols

Lyn and Dave were very welcoming and warm hosts. The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable -- perfect for a family with children. The air conditioning kept the place cool during a major heat wave, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking our meals. The beds and bathrooms were in great condition, and the roof access withe a bbq was an added benefit. The place is a short walk from two beautiful beaches and the downtown area. Everything we wanted for our summer vacation!

We spent a week here in June and were extremely happy with the apartment. Very spacious and clean. It was the best equipped apartment we every stayed in. The hosts could not have been more helpful. The terrace is a great addition with plenty of sun and shade. The supermarket next door was also very useful. The location was excellent and the walk into the center of town takes only a few minutes. St Fileu is a nice location with great walking opportunities and good restaurants.

Don't miss this gem

We had a wonderful time in this apartment, which is really spacious, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and comfortably situated just 5min on foot away from beach and town centre. The flat has everything to guarantee a perfect holiday, but the absolute Highlight is the rooftop terrace, from which you look into the countryside, but also towards the sea. Our hosts, Lyn and Dave, gave us a very warm welcome and lots of ideas about what to do in San Feliu...thanks a lot again. And, San Feliu is one of the very few towns on that coast, which still offers the characteristics and charm of a Catalonian town with many restaurants and bars, but not over-touristic like most in the area. Should you have the chance to stay at this apartment, don't hesitate to do so.

We stayed in the apartment from 12th to 19th October 2018 and we could not fault it. Lyn and Dave were very attentive and were available if there were any problems. The apartment was right next door to a good supermarket which made shopping easy. It is also easy to walk to the harbour and the old town which has plenty of shops and restaurants. The Sunday market is also good and there is plenty to see in the area. The sunroof is excellent with sun beds but sadly we did not have much sun to make the most of this. The apartment is well equipped and we did not want for anything. Wifi was fine and the television, although Spanish programmes, did have an audio button and sometimes programmes could be heard in English. Good restaurant is El Gallo. Also visit the Gala castle in Pubols where Salvador Dali had bought a castle for Gala his wife. All excellent. We would return should we come that way again. Sue and Andy, Kent.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Lyn und Dave begrüßt. Die Wohnung ist exakt beschrieben, sie ist geräumig, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, das wir 2 Badezimmer ( klein, aber fein und sauber) hatten, war für uns als Familie besonders praktisch. Die Dachterrasse hat auch uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls korrekt beschrieben, 10 min Fußweg zum Strand oder in den Ort. San Feliu de Guíxols hat uns sehr gut gefallen, besonders weil er seinen eigenen Stil beibehält ohne Massentourismus. Wir können die Wohnung in diesem schönem Ort nur weiterempfehlen.

Lyn und Dave sind die nettesten und hilfsbereitesten Vermieter, die wir je trafen. Als wir wegen einer Autopanne erst sehr spät ankamen, hatten sie uns z.B. Getränke besorgt, weil der Supermarkt schon zu hatte. Das Appartment selbst ist gut aufgeteilt, sehr gut ausgestattet und nett eingerichtet. Und: jedes Zimmer verfügt über eine individuell regelbare Klimaanlage und ne große Dachterrasse.Können wir nur weiterempfehlen!

Very practical appartment

Lyn and Dave were very welcoming and the appartment had everything we needed. Three bedrooms so no one was on a sofabed. The kitchen and sitting room each have a little terrace, lits of fresh air, but also airconditioning. The roof terrace was great for breakfast, and just lounging on a lazy day. The garage for parking was really good, no stress about using the car. It's well located just 10mins walk to the old town for tapas, or 10 mins the other way to a lovely beach. There 'green route' cycle path to Olot or Girona starts a few hundred metres from the appartment. We had a great week.

What a welcome! Dave and Lyn are really very friendly and willing to help us in any way possible. We have been in Sant Feliu many times before, so we know our way there, and how great is the locotian of this propertie. You can leave your car in the garage, the supermarkt is so close, the beach, the town..everything! And the appartement has everything you need: space, washing machine, and on top of this all, the rooftop terrace! We are allready looking forward in returning next year! Fantastic appartment,

Dave and Lyn must be doing something right as this was our third stay in as many years. The apartment is very clean and very well equipped. The supermarket next door is a real bonus as is Café Guixols on the next corner. We love San Feliu and Dave and lyn make it really easy for us to return, The new windows and décor throughout have made a huge difference. To get into town is only a short walk where their are many restaurants and bar to visit, I would recommend this apartment to friends and family, we will be back again in 2019.

It is very cozy, comfortable well equipped flat with great air-conditioning and not far from both beaches and city center. You have there everything you need. Great well equipped apartment

It is a very spacious apartment that fitted 6people in comfortably.It has all the equipment you need in the kitchen and a lovely big private roof terrace with a barbecue that's ideal for family eating.There's a large supermarket next door that sells everything you need during your stay and there's a few good bars and restaurants close by with lots of others in the town centre which is a 15 minute walk away.The lovely town beach is also about 15 minutes walk away and there's another beach out of town that's about 20 minutes away but there's quite a steep hill coming back from that one which can be tiring for oldies (like me) especially in the heatOn the town promenade there's a kids park with climbing frames etc,,a few funfair rides for younger children and trampolines for all ages I would recommend this apartment to anyone as it has everything including lots of beach towels, games etc and although its on a busy road its not too noisy if most of the windows are shut.The air conditioning is excellent but the WiFi is rather patchy.Lyn and Dave ,the owners are a fabulous couple who were there to meet us and show us round the apartment.They are so friendly and helpful without being intrusive in any way and did all they could to assist us when we had wi-fi glitch, so many thanks to them
