Stepping inside you will find comfy furnishings, coastal décor, and an open floor plan. The spacious living and dining area and a well-equipped kitchen are great for family gatherings, included are stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and all the extras a chef could ask for. Enjoy the natural sunlight and modern coastal feel along with high ceilings, stained concrete flooring and lots of little extras that this owner took the time to add.
Moving past the kitchen you will find the washer/dryer and large full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Continuing down the hall you will find the guest bedroom then the master bedroom at the very end of the hall, it includes an on-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms come with their own TV's and there is a private Wi-Fi network for guest use.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
