Stunning 3 bed 3 bath apartment in heart of Old Town Rovinj with terrace and a/c

The apartment is on the first floor and is approximately 250 years old. We have painstakingly renovated it to an high standard of finish, retaining as much of the character stonework and original flooring as we could, whilst fitting stunning bathrooms and kitchen, with all modern conveniences you would expect, including full air conditionig.

The apartment could not be better placed in the heart of old town Rovinj, with views over the harbour from the sunny terrace. We do not know of another apartment in Rovinj of this specification or location. It will accommodate 6 people in absolute comfort in its 3 large bedrooms and ample living space. The stunning artists' street of Grisia is a stones throw away, and the many lovely fishing restaurants and gelateria of Rovinj are all within 2 minutes walk away. In summary - this apartment is very spacious, wonderfully renovated, and in a superb location in the very heart of Rovinj. See our main website for more pictures and details.

Wonderful stay in old town Rovinj

This apartment is beautiful and in a perfect location to fully enjoy Rovinj. There are 3 bedrooms with 3.5 baths. The balcony is lovely and a great place to enjoy a glass of wine or breakfast. We were provided with lots of very useful information before our stay and Ed also provided us with some great restaurant recommendations. We highly recommend this property.

Fantastic luxury, great location

This appartment was even better than we expected. The fixtures are superb and have no complaints at all. Location is perfect, right in the middle of the town, and easy to find from the main road. Rovinj is a nice relaxing place (quite small), charming and very picturesque...like a mini Dubrovnik but without the crowds. Only problem was four days of heavy rain, but would ahppily recommend this place for a nice week.

A second excellent stay

We'd used this apartment before in 2011 and enjoyed a fantastic week. This time we stayed with our adult daughter and three close friends and had a fabulous time. The three double bedrooms were ideal, and with the location being right by the harbour and old town our guests were bowled over. The balcony is a genuine sun trap so after a day's bathing by the sea nearby, they usually finished the day there. There are multiple dinner out options, but if you want to eat in, again the balcony is perfect. Couldn't recommend it more. We'll hopefully be back there next time we visit Rovinj.

Fantastic all round

Absolutely brilliant place to stay. Would definitely recommend it. Inside has a really nice feel, clean, spacious great furnishing, with everything you need. You're also just a short walk to the beach & plenty of great restaurants.

Stunning apartment in an incredible location

An absolutely lovely apartment, beautifully designed and decorated. Right in the heart of Rovinj, it is in the perfect location for walking to Rovinj's many restaurants and bars. The large terrace is a real bonus - we spent lots of long lunches there watching the world go by (its also a real sun trap all day long). The bedrooms are huge and the bathrooms are lovely. Having a fully equipped kitchen was really handy too. While there were only two of us, the apartment would easily accommodate 6 people. The owners have obviously taken a lot of pride in restoring their apartment, and it really feels like a home away from home. We will be back.
