Your modern kitchen including Sub Zero fridge, Vita Mix and other top appliances is fully equipped.
Along with the attractive dining space and bar decked with stone, your party sits 10 comfortably.
Adjacent is a walk-in-butler pantry for your maximum convenience. Outdoor seating on the large deck, accommodates your party of 8 enjoying the amenities of a gas Barbecue, Hot Tub, Wood Burning Chiminea, Outdoor Speakers and steps to the river. The views are spectacular and nature is abundant. Open to all these spaces is a comfortable living room. Adjust the Nest thermostat to your desired temperature or open the many doors and windows to the freshest air you will ever breathe and drink and bath in the purest private well water.
Three Bedrooms and Two contemporary bathrooms with ample closet space provide excellent comfort and rest to the sound of wildlife and the flowing Crystal River.
Other amenities include the Mudroom entry, washer & dryer, Wi-Fi and entertainment, ample motor court parking, fenced seasonable vegetable garden, Lawn Croquet, Ski-Chair-Lift perched over the River and framing the view of the magnificent red Cliffs accros.

Redstone is situated between the town of Carbondale (18 miles) and Marble (12 miles) with many more adventures and attractions. Glenwood Springs is a half-hour drive. Aspen is one hour and Vail is 1.5 hour drive.

NO PETS in the house or anywhere on the property. NO SMOKING of any kind will be allowed.
This home does not have air conditioning although it stays fairly cool in the summer due to the elevation and the furnace is set up to do just cooling.

Please note the address to the property, directions and access code will only be sent to you at 12noon of the check in day. This is out of respect and safety of the current guests.
Cleaning happens during the time a guest checks out and another guest checks in so please do not show up earlier than the check in time (4pm).

NEW. We will get the groceries of your choice and have them ready at the house prior to your arrival for an additional charge. Please inform us if interested in this service and we will provide a list to make your choices.
