The Villa Sunlight are a unique living concept.
The villa are situated in a nice and quiet area, close to Sitges center and beaches with fantastic views of the sea and the mountains.

The villa Sunlight has 2 floors, capacity for up to 14 persons There is more than 190 square meters constructed indoor living space; living & dining room, kitchen, hall, bedrooms, toilets & bath, plus four large sun terraces & pool, all with fantastic views.
There are 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and all modern facilities are offered including WIFI
There is a private guest entrance and the guest have access to a private pool where you also have panoramic views of the sea and mountains.

The villa are only a 15 minute walk to neatest beach & supermarket and around 25 minutes walk to the city center of Sitges. or 3-5 minutes by car/taxi, or 10-15 minutes by bus. On request the villa reception offer; breakfast buffet, homemade meals, massage, excursions, airport transfers & sightseeing.

A wonderful stay!

We had a great time at the villa. It’s very spacious and the pool has a wonderful view. Connie was very helpful with any questions and also organised a dinner at the villa for us which was lovely, as well as a wine tour. One thing to bear in mind is some of the rooms are connected but this wasn’t an issue for us. It’s in a good location too, it’s possible to walk to town (20 mins) but better to get a taxi back as it’s uphill.Recommend!

Stunning property, amazing place to stay!

We had a wonderful experience at Villa Sunlight. We took advantage of some of the extras offered by Conny - airport transfers, wine tour, excursion to Monserrat, daily breakfast served and a final dinner. The villa space was very comfortable for our group of 7, we enjoyed the extra patio spaces and the view of the surrounding area. An amazing part about Villa Sunlight is the location, you can take a short commute to be in wonderful tourist areas or you can enjoy the solitude the villa provides. Great experience and great host.

Great views in Sitges

The villa is amazing with wonderful views. There is a lift to help bring your luggage up to the villa from the street. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. Conny is an amazing host. He arranged a wine tour with a lunch at a restaurant that is at the base of the mountain. He replied quickly to any questions or problems. We would stay here again.

The beautiful villa sunlight in sitges hills

Lovely villa in the hills of sitges. Great location. Supermarkets, beaches, marina, nightlife all in suitable distance. Amazing views of sitges, marina, beaches and town. Plenty of rooms, bathrooms and space for our party of 9 but can accommodate more. Lots of outdoor areas to eat, sit out in the sun and a great private pool. Villa owner Conny is the best host. Always happy to help with any requests and needs. We look forward to our annual trip to sitges!

Sixty in sitges

A group of 11 no so young and young girls stayed here to celebrate a 60th birthday. Fab, accommodation, not too far from town centre with plenty going on. Conny and gunilla put on a birthday meal for us which was all gluten free to suit the bday girl, fabulous atmosphere. We had breakfast on the 1st day a continental affair and there was plenty to choose from. Would recommend you stay here if your visiting sitges

I couldn’t recommend this accommodation more! The pictures didn’t do it justice and was so pleased with all the villa had to offer. As you may read on other reviews yes there are lots of steps, it is located on a hill with incredible panoramic views so to be expected! What made the stay even more memorable was Conny and his ongoing help and assistance with transfers, booking a wonderful wine tasting and providing an amazing final night meal. Trust me you will not be disappointed with all it has to offer. 5* review from me and all the guests who stayed

Amazing Villa and Host

This Villa is truly amazing. The views are breathtaking, and Conny was an amazing host! The only negative is that cabs were nearly impossible to get. The location on the hill is amazing beautiful, and I would stay here again, but know that it is not super easy to get to town. The walk to town/beach/market isn’t too bad, but I wouldn’t do it with children. There is a bus stop just down the road from the Villa, but we didn’t explore that option, so I can’t comment on it. There is a super great option to have food delivered to the Villa by nearly all the restaurants in town, so that was really great. Conny was a wonderful host. Super helpful and responsive, and very, very kind. I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here!

Not quite what was advertised

Views were spectacular and location was good. I’d have hoped that we’d gotten what was advertised, and also we got something what was not advertised. It was advertised that place has AC. AC wasn’t working and we were told that nights are so cold that it’s not necessary, we felt it would have been necessary. There was nothing to start gas stove and we had to buy our own lighters. Lot of stairs, and I mean lot. We had children with us and it was not safe. Pool area didn’t have any fencing around it, just a rope keep you falling about 3 meters. Water in the pool was dirty and I reckon hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. Bottom line is we didn’t get what was advertised and what we paid for and some things were left out regarding conditions of the place. And owner really didn’t wanna hear us about feedback. But like I said views were spectacular :)

El mar

Hemos pasado el puente de diciembre en familia en villa Sunlight. Trece personas de un rango de edad entre 8 y 70 años. A pesar que l villa está pensada para disfrutar en verano (terrazas con vistas al mar, piscina, etc) lo disfrutamos mucho. La verdad es que el tiempo acompañó bastante e incluso hicimos una barbacoa en manga corta y lo pasamos genial. Si tengo que decir algo negativo De la Villa sería que las habitaciones de abajo están comunicadas, de manera que para entrar a la última has de pasar por las otras dos. Otro punto negativo sería el tener que subir bastantes escaleras para todo. Eso si, hay ascensor que va de la calle a la planta de arriba, tanto para subir maletas, compra etc.

Good but not as good as expected

It was a good stay but there are a good amount of points for improvement. No Aircon. In augustus in Sitges it is mandatory, also as it was impossible to have the doors / windows open due to the mosquitos. ( No mosquito blinds anywhere) The pool is difficult to access, you have to take 2 very difficult stairs to get there, not for children or elder people, stairs are very dangerous. In the pool area there are a lot of mosquitos, we had bites everywhere. Furniture inside is very old and not clean ( arm chairs) they looked like bought second hand, and not clean. Fridge, small for a big group (6). Dishwasher failed, in general low budget equipment. Matrasses not good quality. " Gym" area was closed , as all was broke. Blinds were all or broken or not proper working. In general we had an ok stay but from description and pictures we expected a lot more as it is all outdated and old. Connie was very helpful and ready to fix anything. But fixing the broken things is not enough there, he would need to do a serious upgrade inside and outside. We would not go back. Positive; , views, host, privacy. Tv with Netflix etc, water machine. Big house. Vans in bedrooms.

Perfect!

A great house for staying with friends! Some of the rooms are connected with eachother (you’ll have to walk through them to get to your own) so it would be more suitable for a group of friends. The villa is really nice, great terraces (for dining outside) and a nice pool which catches the sun all day long! The owner Conny is really nice and wants to help out whenever he can. Great vacation!

Bon séjour

Nous avons été reçu par Conny, très sympa et accueillant. La maison est super avec une vue sublime. Nous nous sommes régalés chaque matin de contempler tout ça. Néanmoins, il y a quelques petites choses qui nous ont gêné: Le propriétaire a accès en permanence à la maison à son étage inférieur ou il a sa réception. Il était souvent présent à la villa. La securite autour de la piscine est très dangereuse, et c’est vrai que l’acces est un peu compliqué mais ça a son charme. Par contre le point vraiment négatif, c’est le voisinage. Nous étions sur la terrasse en train de faire un jeu de société, nous sommes 14 personnes dans la maison, a parlé, et le propriétaire est venu car le voisin de la maison d’a côté s’est plains. Nous sommes allés sur une autre terrasse et ce fut encore le cas, alors qu’il y avait des soirées très bruyantes dans les maisons à côté. Nous faisions un jeu très calme (loup garou) et nous avions moyennement appréciés, nous faire réprimander alors que nous sommes en vacances et que nous n’avions pas abusés. Dommage ça a un Petit peu agacé notre séjour. Je conseille malgré tout cette maison qui était sublime. À préciser, Pas de climatisation, et certaines chambres en enfilades.

The house was large with many places to head off and relax. The pool and views were extraordinary....but the hosts made our visit unique. Connie went above and beyond helping us on grocery runs and anything we needed! We highly recommend the house and host to provide a memorable visit to Sitges.

Great, flexible, friendly, spacious

The property was everything promised and more. There are four amazing terrace areas, all set up beautifully, not including the gorgeous pool at the top, each offering amazing views to the town of Sitges and the sea. There are yoga mats and even an outdoor weights machine and dumbbell set. We didn’t know about any of those facilities. A filtered water cooler was additional and very welcome in the heat, as was the option to have meals catered in the property below. This meant we had a birthday party for my sister which was a nice surprise for her. The host was very helpful and on hand whenever we needed anything, but in no way intrusive. What a great place!
