Private pool and sea view

There are 2 double bedrooms on the first floor and a large twin bedroom on the ground floor. The bedrooms are fitted with state of the art inverter air-conditioning units for the odd hot summer night. However due to its location of the villa is blessed with a constant cool southerly breeze. The kitchen is fitted with a modern IKEA units, a large fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob. There is a large oak table sitting up to 8 persons. A washing machine is installed in small store. The villa is comfortably furnished with modern oak furniture and leather 3-piece suite. The 8 x 4m overflow pool situated at the rear of the property, is surrounded by a spacious patio area providing ample space for loungers. There are pleasant gardens to the front and side elevation of the property. There is a comfortable bedsettee on the stylish mezzanine. Two of the balconies are furnished with stylish outdoor furniture. There is barbecue installed on the extended terrace surrounding the pool.

Family holiday in Villa Themis

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in Villa Themis. The location is fantastic with plenty of lovely beaches near by and a short drive to Argostoli. The villa is really well equipped with everything you would need and very clean too. The pool was a massive hit with the children who were in there everyday. Communication with the owner was great and he replied really quickly to our enquiries. We’d definitely recommend this villa!

Beautiful villa

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing 11 days at Villa Themis. It is very clean, comfortable and spacious with five different balconies so you can choose sun or shade at any time of day. The pool is huge! The villa is well equipped. Any queries we had, both before the holiday and while we were there, were very quickly answered by George. I would definitely recommend it.

Wonderful Villa

We really enjoyed our stay in this impressive villa. Pay attention to the picture he sends showing what the entrance from the street looks like. We were unaware of the 10 steps to get into the villa. It was difficult with my mother, but we made it. George was great to work with!

Wonderful time at Villa Themis

We spent two fantastic weeks with our kids at Villa Themis and would very much like to return next year! We especially loved the large pool, the private location and spacious living room area. George (the owner) kindly answered all our questions, is easily reachable by mail and organized that someone with the keys was already waiting at the airport for us.
