This is the perfect family holiday home! A truly outstanding three bedroom two storey duplex house, sleeping 6, on a very sought after complex on the popular Quesada urbanisation. Built in 2004, the house offers modern, high quality furnishings, fixtures and equipment, which gives it the edge for quality and value, over similar properties. Inside, there is a spacious lounge/diner, fully fitted kitchen, ground floor shower/wc and a brand new (2018) refitted main shower room/W.C. Outside, two of the three bedrooms have private sun terraces. In addition there are front and rear gardens and a secure utility room/store. The house is immediately front line and overlooking the children's pool and larger pool beyond. The property also features air-conditioning, FreeSat TV, winter heating, etc. In a secure gated, family orientated complex. There are four commercial centres, four main supermarkets and a small town within 15 minutes walking distance, offering a wide choice of shops, bars, restaurants, banks etc.

The property is exactly like the photos, the pool was brilliant most of the time we were there it empty so we had it to ourselves, you just can out the gate straight on to the grass and we had to sun all day long 10am till 6-30pm. You are a 15 min walk to Quesada high street where there are plenty of restaurant's and bars we will definitely be back

Lovely house

We had a wonderful month's stay at this lovely house. From the back garden we could go straight out to the pool and there was plenty of seating/sun beds. Lovely large rooms and very comfortable beds. Everything you needed for a home from home stay. Everything was in great condition. Very close to local shops and restaurants. Sunday roast at Coopers was a real treat. Definitely would return.

A beautiful house on Sandra Urbanisation. An absoloute home from home where everything has been thought of and to a high standard. Pool area is so inviting beautiful and surrounded by a friendly community. Walking distance to local ammenities, which is so handy if you dont wish to hire a car. We have had such a wonderful week's stay and even a trip to centro medical didn't spoil our time staying at this beautiful property. Weather was beautiful, so very much enjoyed sunbathing out on the grass section under the Tiki style beach parasoles and chilling of an evening outside on terrace with pools lit up and all the neighbouring villa solor lights flickering. Beds so comfortable and plenty of sunbeds and covers. Lovely touch of pool towels provided too. One of the best villas we have rented in Quesada over 20 years of visiting and will definately be back.

Perfect villa

Having been diverted to Valencia Airport,we had to revise our checking time without any notice but both Tony and Sharon understood and dealt with the our situation, and when we finally arrived fours hours late, we were not disappointed. The villa is perfect and decorated to a high spec, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you require on holiday. The sofas and bed are really comfortable, and with plenty of outside furniture on both terraces and balconies, we were spoilt for choice. Extremely clean and well worth a stay!

Home from home accommodation. Ideal for a short break.

We were looking for a quiet spot for a short break to recharge our batteries and soak up some sunshine. The house certainly provided that opportunity. Beautifully kept and clean with lovely garden area with pool to relax in. A real bonus was the beautiful bird song we woke up to each morning. All basic ammenities were close by too which is always helpful. Check in process was also easy which is so important. We will certainly consider coming back. Thank you.

From start to finish communication with the owner Tony was very good. The house manager Linda was there to meet us at the agreed time. Lovely lady and helpful. The house is very well equipped and was in a great location for us. Plenty of parking outside if you hire a car. If we return to the area we would definitely try and stay here again. Definitely 5*

Lovely Place

Whole booking process was simple and the Owner "Tony" stayed in touch throughout. House was amazing very clean and well appointed. Heidi the local agent was always available for anything we needed. Beautiful complex set round a secluded courtyard with a lovely pool. Very convenient for the local town Quesada with all the bars restaurants etc you will need. Also very handy position for all the local beaches and tourist attraction. We will certainly consider staying here again next time we visit the area Excellent

A lovely house ideal position well presented all had great time.

We really enjoyed our holiday in Tony and Terry's house it was a beautiful townhouse well presented clean with lovely furniture.The property was ideally positioned for the gardens and swimming pool,it was within walking distance for the shops and restaurants around the centre of Quesada.The next door neighbor's were lovely people and when we had a little problem with the electric's Brian next door could not have been more helpful.We would definitely consider renting the property again.

A great family villa on a nice complex with shops

We stayed at this villa last year in August and enjoyed every moment we were there. The villa was very clean and modern and as described in the listing and had everything we needed a real home from home not that we have a lovely pool at home. The owners could not have been more helpful and answered any queries we had in a professional manner. We are planning to return so that says it all we think. We have no hesitation in recommending this villa for a great family holiday.
