Our family had an amazing time at the cozy cabin! It was a great location, clean and just as described! Kitchen was well equipped (only missing an oven mitt!). We hope to visit again next year.

Cozy Cabin is cozy

Even with the heat and humidity outside, the dehumidifiers kept it comfortable inside. Fully furnished kitchen has everything you need and then some!

Cozy Peace

We had a great time staying at Cozy Cabin. We walked into town each day, got coffee, and hiked on a local trail. The Superior shore access is delightful. We sat on the small beach and enjoyed the warm evenings. Madeline Island is easy to bike around with respectful cars, and the state park is gorgeous.

Great location!

Loved the location--you really can have it all at the cozy cabin: lake, woods, trails, proximity to town. Recommend that you bring your own drinking water, as the well water has a distinct flavor. Overall, this was a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the island.

We had a wonderful time ! It was the perfect long weekend break. This Cottage is well appointed, peaceful and cute. The Owner, Emma, is responsive and super friendly! The water view off the dock is breathtaking and sunsets are really magical?

Dreamy Spot

What an awesome place! We enjoyed our stay immensely. The property is just wonderful, and the host was excellent! We saw so many birds and so much wildlife and so many stars... It is very quiet and peaceful, and we loved watching the beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the dock. It was the highlight of the summer for us.

The cabin & property were very clean! My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay!The only downside was the weather broke for the worse while we were there.. so we didn’t get to enjoy ourselves fully…But obviously, that’s a chance you take when booking a place to stay way in advance, when the season/weather could be all over the place..But overall, a great, fun experience!!

We enjoyed our stay so very much! The bed was very comfortable! The place was very clean. The kitchen had what we needed. It was perfect for the two of us and only a mile from the ferry. We encountered a few things that were beyond the host families control and they made it right for us! We couldn’t have asked for more! If you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful cabin, this is for you.

A quiet place in the woods

This is a perfect getaway in a quiet spot on a quiet island. Madeline Is has changed little over the past 30 years. The cottage is well appointed and very comfortable. The owner communicates well and is quite responsive. Our best rental ever!
