Our stay was over the weekend. It was short but great! The condo was clean and newly renovated. The new floor and the decor was nice.We needed 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 4 adults and this worked perfect for us. Even though we didn’t use the kitchen to cook anything on this trip, it was perfectly stocked with everything that anyone would need! The view of the beach was beautiful from the balcony. This was our first time at Myrtle Beach Resort. We didn’t get to check out all the amenities but we were able to enjoy one of the pools and enjoyed listening to the music at the restaurant. I’m very thankful for the gracious host who was easy to contact during this process. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a very clean facility and had everything we needed. We did have the smoke detectors go off the first couple days the batteries were from 5/21 and the extinguisher is below green. It was a great stay

Great view and location! Sadly, the indoor pool was still being remodeled and the ground floor was a mess because of construction. Condo was great and we were thankful for all the beach gear! Owner was very responsive!

We really enjoyed our stay. Got everything we needed so we didnt have to go through the check in process. Just went straight up to our room. Clean, plenty to do onsite to keep my family of 5 occupied for a week. Had all the toys and beach chairs even an umbrella and boards that we needed. We would definitely book from this guy again.

We really enjoyed staying here. The apartment is just as described. It’s clean and in a great location. Enjoyed watching the sun rise every morning from the balcony. We even got to see dolphins jumping in the water one morning. There was an issue with the electronic door code not working when we arrived, but the problem was resolved within minutes after reaching out to the owner. Communication with him was very easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a family of 4.

Great location! Owner(s) were very great to work with. The condo was well equipped with everything you need. We were there during Tropical Storm Debby and had great communications with the owner and he was beyond accommodating and made sure we had what we needed. My only negative was housekeeping is not ontop of their game to make sure the condo is 100%. We would definitely rent again!

March Break vacation with family

We had a nice visit. Much of the resort was under construction. There was not a working pool or hot tub in the building we stayed in. We had to walk to another building to use the hot tub. None of the pools were heated so we were not able to use them. The beach was nice and the location was great

Beautiful view in Myrtle Beach

Beautiful view, nice resort. Apartment needs a few minor repairs - shower door, dishwasher top shelf, can opener didn't work well... small things but inconvenient.

Unit location was great. Views are amazing.

Tv in master bed didn’t work during the stay. Rug outside on balcony was “pulled” up. Tv in kitchen is in a strange place, echoes into the cooking area. Both bath fans squeal. Overall it was perfect for what we wanted... New Years, on the beach 😎

Adam, We greatly appreciate you choosing to stay with us. I am so sorry for you troubles. I truly wish that you had contacted me immediately so that I could have resolved any issues you were experiencing. This is the first I am hearing of it. The Smart TV is new and probably just needed to be "reset" by unplugging. I was unaware of the rug on the balcony. I will contact maintenance today to have them address it. The TV is hanging to provide the maximum amount of space for the room. The kitchen and living room is all one open area. I am not sure how to address the "echoing" concerns as the sound from the TV will fill the area regardless of placement. The bath fans are 1yr old and, unfortunately, that is just how they are made. I don't have any options considering the construction of the building. I am glad to hear that your NYE was a success! I hope you will consider staying with us again in the future! Thank you and take care!
