This top notch 2 bedroom vacation rental in North Myrtle Beach has a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. This condo comfortably sleeps six. This non-smoking condo has a 55 inch TV in the living area and each bedroom has a TV. There are also 2 DVD players and a Blu Ray player. South Shore Villas 1003 has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, WIFI, and basic cable.

This is a great location, accommodation, view is spectacular for the sunrise, sunset and all during the day. Definitely worth a multi year and yearly stay.

Loved this condo I would definitely stay here again.

Spring break

What a great place to stay. Everyone loved it. It had great views. Comfortable beds. Loved the heated pool and lazy river. I would stay here again. Only real issue was no luggage carts.

Excellence in all things.

Our family (myself and my husband and our 3 kids ages 13, 9, and 8) had such a wonderful time. The managing staff of this location were excellent to work with. When we can afford it, we will buy at this building, this location, and have these property managers manage it for us! We can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. Beautiful beach and family friendly

The area was fantastic! Very family friendly and the beach was beautiful. We were always able to find a great spot anytime of the day. The room was great, could have been cleaned a little better, mainly surfaces (tables, pictures, lamps, cub boards) needing dusted but had everything we needed. Our 11 year old loved the lazy river and pool! I would highly recommend staying here!

Love this property!

This was our second time staying at this property. We really enjoy the ocean views and it’s convenient location! The property did have a bit of a musty smell when we first arrived, but a little air freshener took care of that. We had no other issues and hope to stay there again in the future.

We had a great week. It wasn’t real clear how to get in the building as find our condo. The information was wrong about the WiFi. The condo was in a great location. We felt very at home. The beach was wonderful.

Great location for a quiet fall get-away!

This is our second stay on this property. Overall it is very clean and comfortable. The balcony is large and a beautiful place for morning coffee as the sun rises over the ocean. We would suggest that you bring your own pillows. Those in the condo are very flat and really need replacing.

Property accurately pictured

Had a very enjoyable experience at this condo AFTER we did some cleaning. The bedspreads smelled and were dusty. The couch smelled if urine and the rugs on the floor were filthy. We know you would have sent housekeeping but they would not likely do more than dust. This condo needs a deep clean. Location was beautiful and facilities good.. L

We were very pleased with our stay. Rooms were very spacious and decorated cute. Beds were not as comfy as we hoped. Seemed like mattresses needed replaced. We loved our view of the ocean. Disappointed with lazy river. Only two rafts available, others were flat. Lots of bugs in there. But overall we loved our stay! Thank you!

Mattresses and dust

The mattresses are old and dirty and pretty much wore out. Piles of dust behind furniture we had to move to reach plug-ins, and general dusting needed to be done. Otherwise we really loved the place. I have stayed in a lot of beach rentals and this one was very nicely furnished and beautiful artwork.

Property appeared to have not been checked before we arrived. Used bath towels in both bathrooms. One of the sinks in the master bathroom was stopped up, not draining, and black mold in that sink. The place smelled very musty, like it hadn’t been used in a while. AC couldn’t keep up. Needs checked.

A phone call to the rental company would have addressed the other issues if reported. The condo is highly rented from June through October and sometimes with a snowbird rental. That was the hottest week of the season. We are very sorry.

Unit wasn’t very clean. Ice maker did not work but they sent someone to fix it. Mildew showing and possible mold problems on the walls and ceilings. Very visible. Fire alarms went off at 230 am the second night and had to evacuate down 10 flights of stairs. Third night fired alarm went off at 340am. Third day fire alarm went off for over an hour in the afternoon and couldn’t go to our room. Rental company stated it was due to humidity. I have never seen or heard of that ever. Didn’t offer any discounts or future discounts, simply said it was humidity just wanted you to know. I would stay away from this unit spend your money elsewhere.

Needs some updating

The unit was spacious and in a good location...close to Hwy 17 which is the main drag with all the shops and restaurants. Only issue with unit is that my daughter's bed comforter had a bodily fluid stain on the backside and she did not want to sleep on it..I suggest replacing it soon. The furniture is also dated and the patio furniture was rusted. Would have given a higher rating but for these issues

Great location

The beach and location are terrific. We checked in and the unit was very dirty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The realty office sent someone over and they spent 3 1/2 hours cleaning what should have been done before we checked in. It was a pain but keeping in mind how short staffed everyone is due to Covid, it worked out fine. Spacious rooms, great views from the balcony, and terrific amenities made this an enjoyable place to stay.

Excellent Choice!!! Don't pass on this one!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is immaculate, and decorated in a cute, colorful, beachy style. The large balcony was our favorite spot- from morning coffee to evening drinks! It is a great location- very close to shopping and restaurants but in a quieter section of the beach. Check in process was smooth. HIGHLY recommend!

We stayed 3 of 7 nights because we had to evacuate. We had planned this trip for months, so we are so disappointed to have to leave early. I realize it's not the condo owners fault. The reality company and the condo were very good about keeping us posted as to what was happening.

Very roomy and clean condo unit

our condo unit was very nicely decorated and clean. The couches in living area could be updated. Not a lot of support when you sit on them. The beds were very comfortable. We have stayed at South Shore villas in past in different unit and we loved it because it was so quiet. This trip, the pool area was a lot busier with many toddlers and special needs people. Pool had to be closed last day we were there due to someone defecated in pool.

Pros: Large 10th floor balcony great for viewing both sunrise and sunset. The beach was perfect for twice daily walking. Well equipped kitchen and exceptionally large master bathroom with both shower and jet tub. Rooms were larger than anticipated and very clean. Cons: A step stool would have been helpful to reach the top shelves in kitchen and bedrooms and the pull out sofa was not particularly comfortable to sit on. All in all we were very pleased with this accommodation and if we were to visit North Myrtle Beach again would certainly consider it.
