We loved it, fantastic apartment all you need for a perfect holiday. Cyprus is such a beautiful Island, friendly people will definitely be returning. Highly recommend The Cove bar run by a British couple, they made us so welcome. Loved it, loved it, loved it !

Kapparis

Excellent communication from the host with clear instructions where to park, how to access the property and any problems who to contact which put us at ease. Once in the apartment further information is provided to support your stay ie areas to visit and where to eat. The apartment was spacious , clean and had a large balcony which had the sun nearly all day . The pool was lovely and definitely needed and enjoyed by us all. We all had a lovely stay here and would definitely recommend.

Fabulous holiday

We had a lovely 2 week stay at this apartment. The big balcony was so spacious and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay along with being only a few minutes walk from Kennedy Avenue where the bars and restaurants are situated. There is a swimming pool on the complex which is lovely and clean and great especially if you have children. It is situated in a very quiet position and we were able to relax and chill out which is a must on our holidays! Must mention that the ceiling fans were fab during the hot nights and kept us cool. We would love to stay here again when we next come to Kapparis.

Wonderful holiday

Had been waiting in anticipation for this holiday and it didn't disappoint. The apartment is on a lovely quiet complex which is situated at the far end of Kapparis....just perfect for myself and my partner who wanted a break with plenty of peace. There was everything you would need in an apartment and we were able to make a number of meals as we didn't always want to eat out each night. The terrace is great for sitting out on a morning and was perfect setting for an evening meal. The area around has everything you need - a Lidl or alternatively as Asda equivalent called Metro as well as reasonably priced restaurants and tavernas. Great place :-)

whiterose apartment

we had a lovely relaxing break in this pristine apartment. It is very well equipped and air conditioned. We relaxed and sunbathed all day on the sun trap terrace balcony , listening to Micheal Buble, and dipped into the pool downstairs whenever we wanted to cool off. The appt. was secure and private for us 3 ladies and we enjoyed breakfast, lunch and pre dinner drinks on the terrace beneath soft lighting. We explored the local beaches on foot and went further afield - fig tree bay and agia napa, by car - easy driving the same side as home! Supermarkets, car hire, gift shops and intimate dining was on the doorstep and vibrant bars and restaurants were less than 10 mins away. The local water station filled a massive water container for 1 euro - enough for 1 week for 3 and the plug sockets in this modern appt are the same as UK. we will be back!

A real home from home

Have just returned from 12 fabulous days at the White Rose Apartment which was a real home from home with everything that we needed for our comfort and convenience. Very nicely furnished throughout although we did not spend very much time indoors as the fabulous balcony was ideal for morning sunbathing and al fresco dining. Kapparis is an ideal base if you like peace and quiet but close enough to Protaras and Aya Nappa if you want something a bit livelier. Larnaca is also just 30-40 mins away if you want to shop. Protaras has a Lidl supermarket for most things that you will need. The strip which is just a short walk from the apartment has numerous good restaurants and bars. There are also numerous little beaches some, like Fireman's beach, within walking distance. All in all an ideal base for a wonderful holiday. The apartment thanks to Rob & Claire has an abundance of information on places to visit and things to do especially if you are a stranger to Cyprus. We have visited many countries renting privately and would definitely recommend this apartment whether you are a couple like ourselves or a family. Alan and Patricia June 2013

Dachappartement mit Pool zentral in Kapparis gelegen

Das Appartement ist ganz gut für ein paar Tage. Im Dachgeschoss mit relativ. große Terrase. Was definitiv fehlt ist ein guter Grill, der vorhandene ist klein und bricht bald zusammen. Auch eine Kaffeemaschine wäre gut gewesen. Sonst ganz gut, nicht sehr viel Platz drin aber man ist eh viel unterwegs und kann sich super auf der Dachterrasse aufhalten und hat ganz gut Privatsphäre. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist gut und gross, Liegen stehen zur Verfügung. Besonders gut ist die Lage, fussläufig viel Restos (Taverna Karva ist ein muss, Tonnys kann man sich sparen) und Supermärkte, Lidl nur 3 Min mit dem Auto. Außerdem fanden wir den Firemans Beach sehr nett, auch zu Fuß möglich und sehr schnuckelig, nicht so überlaufen wie Figtree oder Nissyi Beach. Kape Grecko ist ein Muss für eine nette 3h Wanderung und Besichtigung der Sea Caves.Auch an die Grenze mit einem entfernten Blick auf Famagusta ist es nicht weit. Also Aopartement für ein paar Tage ganz gut, das größte Plus sind Pool und Lage!!!

Home Away from Home. Fabulous find.

We had a wonderful relaxing 10 days staying in Robs apartment, when we found it that is, as we arrived in the dark and Kapparis is notorious for no street lighting. A quick ask in the Amore then voila! Perfect location for all amenities and nearby beaches, we had a car, very useful for straying off the beaten track. We have stayed in Kapparis for the last 10 years usually at my sisters apartment across from the potteries, but it wasn't available this year, found this little gem and would definitely recommend it. Very spacious, everything you could need. We hardly ate out as were travelling with a 2 year old who enjoyed it immensely, especially the blue water (the pool), and the mahoosive terrace for his dinosaurs. A very friendly complex. Thanks Rob it was perfect. (Please forward my apolgies to the cleaners about the mini hand prints)

Very nice and modern apt with large balcony within walking distance of restaurants and beaches

Came in with three friends on a tuesday and left the following sunday. We were all pleasantly surprised with the modern appartment and the large balcony, which isn’t apparent on the pictures. Very good and necessary air condition in the living room and two bed rooms. I enjoyed the freedom and trust from the owner Rob, who always answered questions within a day, sometimes even a few minutes. The pool is nice as well, very clean and well maintained. The parking spots are a bit tight, but with some help worked out just fine. Would really recommend it to anyone who wants a relatively quiet, but modern place to stay within walking distance of some nice beaches which are not yet crowded with tourists (read Ayia Napa).

Great Central Location

The apartment is in a nice quiet complex and very close to restaurants and bars, very spacious especially the balcony which was ideal for sunbathing barbecuing or just relaxing plus a nice pool. The apartment is fully equipped and we found Rob very helpful we would stay again.

We recently enjoyed a lovely family holiday at White Rose apartment in Kapparis. The apartment was very well equipped with a fabulous sun terrace. The location of the apartment was excellent just round the corner from all bars and restaurants.

Lovely apartment in great location

The apartment lacked nothing, well equipped and fantastic balcony. As we are in our 60's, we found the low beds a challenge, but that is the only thing which was not perfect for us. Lovely to have wine and beer waiting for us, which we of course replaced. Close to Restaurants, with just a gentle incline to overcome on the way back. If I was coming back to this area, I would definitely come back here.

Lovely home from home apartment

Lovely, well equipped apartment with great choice of satellite channels and WiFi, within walking distance of the local beach and a number of bars and restaurants in Kapparis and within a short drive of the livelier resorts of Pernera and Protaras. We hired a car and enjoyed exploring this beautiful island. Communication with the owner, Rob, was brilliant from start to finish. We are looking forward to staying here again soon. Many thanks Rob.

Perfect Location, everything on the doorstep!

We stayed for three weeks end May - Mid June 2016. Apartment was clean and tidy, with great outdoor space (terrace). More than adequate for a holiday when all you want to do is be outside in the sunshine! Could walk to the beach and local shops, bars, restaurants etc (or which there was a good selection). Our car pretty much just stayed in the parking spot! Had a great time, thanks.

Myself and my partner Claire and daughter Alice Mary live in West Yorkshire, UK.
We both have demanding jobs and with the added responsibilities a small baby brings look forward to our time spent in our apartment in Cyprus.

Why they chose this property

We have been holidaying in eastern Cyprus for a number of years - primarily to visit my sister who is married to a Greek Cypriot.
We fell in love with the area, the weather and the people so decided as we would be visiting regularly in the future to purchase our own place so we could have more creature comforts than those provided by the hotel/apartments we had previously stayed in.
We decided to buy in Kapparis specifically as we felt it gave us everything we needed as a location for our holiday home.
It has fantastic local beaches, great bars and restaurants but still retains a more relaxed and less developed feel to it than the busier local resorts (however both Protaras and Ayia Napa are within easy reach if we fancied reliving our youth for a night or 2 during our stay!!)

What makes this property unique

We set out to create a 'home from home' feel for our apartment. Having viewed a number of more traditionally furnished apartments we decided to furnish the apartment with a more modern feel so imported the majority of furniture, fixtures and fittings from the UK.
We feel we have thought of everything a family would need whilst on holiday and also since we are now parents ourselves have considered the needs of young families also.
The particular elements of our apartment we love are
- the penthouse location which provides excellent privacy compared to other apartments which can be overlooked
- the massive outside terrace which is a suntrap all day long and great in the evenings for alfresco dining and socialising
- the interior specification
- the cool and quiet back bedrooms.
