Superb luxury villa with three double individually designed bedrooms, each en-suite with its own private terrace and air conditioning. The main living area has dining terraces on both sides, including alongside the pool. Estrellita (little star in Spanish) was built in 2005 as a private holiday home to the owners’ high specifications. In a spectacular hilltop position, the three-storey property enjoys panoramic sea, valley and mountain views yet is just eight minutes drive from the delightful fishing town of Moraira. The attractive coastal towns of Javea and Denia as well as major theme parks including Aqualand and Terra Mitica are all within a half hour drive – ideal for a big day out with the kids. Both Alicante and Valencia international airports are an hour away. Sunshine hours are long and the area is a good all year round destination whatever the weather in the UK. Even includes a beautiful stainless steel sculpture on the balcony.

Fantastic villa in amazing location.

Estralita is a beautiful villa in an amazing location. The views are incredible. All bedrooms are en-suite and there is lots of outside space so we were able to sit in either sunshine or shade throughout the day. Very convenient for shopping and close to the lovely town of Moraira. The agents, Barry and Ray, were very responsive to the queries we had and the check in process was easy. We hope that we will be able to return for another stay.

Good Time.

The Villa was great and the views were amazing.The day we arrived we had no water this seemed to be a constant problem which did become quite frustrating. Construction started just across the valley where they were digging into the hill which sounded like a jack hammer from 8am till 6pm every day except weekends this really did take the edge off the holiday when trying to relax .

Wonderful villa with amazing views

Myself, my husband and step daughter stayed here for 10 nights. As soon as we entered the villa we were blown away with the fantastic views. Inside was very clean and well kept. There was a welcome pack provided for our arrival which was a lovely touch. While we were there we had a couple of maintenence issues which were resolved very quickly by Ray and Barry the property managers. We had a lovely time staying at the villa and did not want to leave. We will definately return again in the very near future. Thank you to Nick and Marion for letting us stay in your amazing villa.

Maison agréable, confortable, les 3 salles de bains, les 2 terrasses, la piscine, la douche extérieure, le grand barbecue. L'inconvénient, obligation d'avoir un véhicule pour se déplacer, 2 km du supermarché et 5 km de la plage. Le fait d'être en hauteur, sur une colline, a provoqué des coupures d'eau régulières dont une quasiment la journée.

Wij hebben een super ervaring gehad. Een prachtige locatie en erg rustig. Alles is in de woning te vinden. De kleintjes hebben veel gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad en wij hebben erg genoten van het uitzicht en de omgeving. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar! Wij komen terug.

Urlaub mit Weitsicht

Die Villa ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig, die Pfannen könnten erneuert werden. Beeindruckend ist der schöne Blick aus dem Hauptschlaf- und Wohnzimmer sowie von der Frühstücksterrasse. Der Pool ist schön und sehr gepflegt. Die Betten sind bequem. Ein Auto ist erforderlich, in ca. 10 min. ist man in Moraira Centrum, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca. 2-3 min. erreichbar. Während unseres Aufenthaltes im Juni wehte durchgehend eine Brise. Es gibt nicht immer eine garantierte Rückzugsmöglichkeit in eine windstille Ecke, trotz vieler Terrassen, fehlte uns dieser Platz. Am Pool haben wir einen zusätzlichen Sonnenschutz vermisst (oder nicht gefunden?!) und der Platz für 6 Liegen (falls die Villa voll belegt ist) könnte knapp werden. Kleine Probleme wurden vor Ort sofort, schnell und unkompliziert behoben. Eine schöne Unterkunft zu einem angemessenen Preis.

Lovely property with magnificent views, all the amenities you need and spotlessly clean throughout, very helpful and friendly Villa managers Ray and Barry on hand incase of any problems, the only thing I would say is you 100% need a car to stay here as villa is up a steep hill and no shops etc within easy walking distance, the swimming pool is absolutely wonderful and was definitely made good use of, all the bedrooms have there own bathrooms en suite and are very tastefully furnished, we received a lovely welcome pack that really came in very useful when we arrived, was a wonderful week away that was thoroughly enjoyed by us all, thank you 😊

Unas vacaciones maravillosas, la casa es espectacular, si le tengo que poner una pega es que tiene muchas escaleras y con niños pequeños es difícil de controlar, las vistas son espectaculares, la playa muy buena ,sin dudas repetiremos. Nota: en el anuncio dice que hay 3 min andando hasta la playa, creo que deberían cambiarlo, en coche 10 min , el resto okey.

Lovely Villa

Stayed in the villa for 2 weeks and loved it. The villa was tastefully furnished with everything need for our stay including a very pleasant welcome pack. The weather was unpredictable so the heated pool really came into its own. Excellent views to El Portet from the Naya shared with Perdita, the amazing sculpture.

Home from home!

Estrellita is at the top of a hill above a small "estate", like many villas in Spain. The views are awesome and the location is convenient for the surrounding area, with Moraira only 5 mins away in the car. The villa is well equipped with everything you could possibly need AND it all works- we really felt at home. Particularly brill was that the (v lovely) agents leave bits from occupants eg teabags, lilos, washing up stuff and provide a good welcome pack. Only downside we found was that the pool was a bit chilly as it does not get sun all day. A great holiday though!

Superb stay

We booked this villa only two days prior to departure-and what an excellent choice we made! The villa is exactly as described, well-equipped and very clean. However for us the best feature was the wonderful view from the terraces, particularly the one where Perdita is positioned (really enjoyed her story). You could certainly never tire of that view! We would thoroughly recommend the villa, and the area as a whole. Many Thanks for a great stay.

We have had a holiday homes in Moraira for over 25 years and love the area. Our new Spanish home was designed with our detailed input to make it ideal for the perfect vacation. It is important to us that every bedroom is equal, so that no-one feels second best. Hence our decision to have all of them with ensuite, air conditioning and their own private terraces. We designed it with terraces either side of the main living area so you can dine outside using the BBQ or well-equipped kitchen and sit by the pool or looking down the valley to the sea. Its location is truly spectacular - you're on top of the world! The most obvious sign of our very special commitment to 'Estrellita' (Little Star) is the beautiful stainless steel sculpture we commissioned from one of the UK's top sculptors.

Why they chose this property

The villa is at the top of the El Portet valley, which is the most prestigious area around Moraira.
It is ideal for holidays due to the mix that is on offer. Moraira itself is an extremely attractive fishing town, with more excellent bars and restaurants than you will ever manage to sample. Its Marina and yacht club have set the upmarket tone. It has been protected from high rise hotel development and is villa-based for more discerning travellers. There are numerous excellent golf clubs in the area plus plenty of shops and markets (shoes and handbags are a must buy). Other local attractions include go-karting, jet skiing, boat hire and scuba diving. There’s really something for everyone whatever age! The beaches are excellent and there are many small coves and bays to discover.

What makes this property unique

We are particularly proud of our three ensuite bedrooms that set Estrellita apart from most holiday homes in the area. Almost all others only have ensuite for the master bedroom and others have to share bathroom facilities.
The Black and White Suite, Blue Suite and Purple Suite all have double beds and sliding doors to their own private terraces. It is ideally located as a base for Moraira and travelling inland or for a day out to numerous locations.
