This cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom turn key furnished condo is in the gated community of Stoneybrook Golf Course at Heritage Harbour. Sitting on the screened lanai, enjoy morning sun and afternoon shade with a close up view of a pond teaming with wildlife. When there is a breeze, the rustle of the palm tree is mesmerizing. Besides the public golf course, activities on site include play grounds, lighted tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, 2 heated pools, a gym, walking trails, adult softball, little league and fishing. In 2020 a brand new Costco was built with access within Heritage Harbour. This home away from home is centrally located for professional sports Spring training, incredible shopping, renowned theme parks, plush marinas, enchanting museums, historical Myakka State Park, water sport rentals, and world famous beaches. Quick and easy access off of Route 75 and SR 64.
The condo is on the second floor and does not have an elevator.
Must fill out application for Membership Transfer attached and pay Fee of $200. This is required by the HOA whether or not you use the facilities. Included is a background check.

Absolutely wonderful

We were very happy with Ms. Driscoll's condo and the opportunities for recreation at Heritage Harbor. We golfed, played pickle ball, used the pool and bicycled around the property. In the unit Ms. Driscoll had all of our needs met -- even down to paper clips and recipes! The view from the balcony was exactly as represented in the pictures and when you entered the unit you could see the lake as you walked pass the kitchen and through the living room. The eat-in kitchen, master bedroom and closet, master bathroom were perfect as was the 2nd bedroom (twin beds) and the second bathroom with a tub. We would recommend this place to family and friends with pleasure.
