House "Balata Liscia" is a small house, just 2 minutes from the sea. It is immersed in full nature. The house is well suited for a family of three persons or a couple. The house has a private passage to the sea (beach cliffs). It is located 5 minutes from Augusta and 10 minutes from the beautiful city of Brucoli, where it is possible to buy fresh fish. The owners could be happy to let you try typical Sicilian dishes. It is also possible to rent a private airplane tour a boat for a tour of the fascinating southeast coast.

It was absolutely amazing. The photos do not do it justice. The house is absolutely beautiful, like something out of a mamma Mia film. It has access to the sea where you can snorkel and sunbake in the rocks, definitely need to be agile to go down to the sea but there are little steps that you can find on the cliff.

There is an exhaust duct extending to the roof over the bedroom with a rotating element on the end of the duct. It made a screeching noise all night to the point it wasn't possible to sleep. Owner did temporarily resolve the issue but permanent resolution wasnt available until after we were scheduled to depart. The shower has limited hot water capicity.

Wonderful

We had good time with cocking and relaxing and were all the time alone in a big garden and with own way to the see. The owner was very friendly and kind. The best place to forget the city. We had no car here, but it was ok to walk. In February we had a lot of sun and almost 16 digress.

Meine Freundin und ich haben 10 Tage in Lellas Unterkunft verbracht und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern und bietet alles, was man für eine entspannte Zeit benötigt.Unsere persönlichen Highlights waren der große Garten und die unmittelbare Nähe zum Meer. Wie der Name der Unterkunft bereits vermuten lässt, liegt das Haus direkt am Meer – man kann es sogar schon vom Garten aus sehen.Über den Hinterausgang gelangt man innerhalb weniger Minuten ans Wasser. Der Weg führt über einen etwas abenteuerlichen Trampelpfad mit einer kleinen Kletterpassage und endet an einem wunderschönen Felsstrand. Dieser Küstenabschnitt ist in Wirklichkeit sogar noch beeindruckender, als es die Fotos vermitteln. Dank der Nähe zum Meer waren wir hier häufig schwimmen.Das Apartment selbst ist gemütlich eingerichtet und versprüht mit seinem rustikalen Stil viel italienischen Charme. Das Bett ist bequem, die Dusche sauber. Auch die Küche ist gut nutzbar, wenngleich sie für sehr aufwendige Gerichte etwas besser ausgestattet sein könnte.Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Kommunikation mit Lella. Sie war jederzeit gut erreichbar und hat sich bei Fragen oder Problemen schnell gekümmert. Als aufgrund von Straßenbauarbeiten in der Umgebung eines Morgens der Strom ausfiel, reagierte sie umgehend und war sehr bemüht, die Situation schnell zu klären.Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Stupendo

La sig.ra Lella è una padrona di casa splendida, discreta e con tanto amore per il suo posto. Ci ha accolto con calore e precisione. L’appartamento è completamente indipendente servito di tutto il necessario. La location è con accesso diretto al mare tramite un cancelletto meraviglioso che da sulla balata di Augusta. Potete godervi il giardino con tranquillità e pace. La posizione è strategica, Augusta è super servita e con un mare da scogli veramente mozzafiato. Tutto è stato perfetto. Grazie Lella

Entre 2 la sicile barroque et etna

A 70 km de la sicile baroque, de l etna et un peu plus de taormina mais par autoroute... Siracuse a 30 mn catania idem.... L acces a la mer de puis la maison est tres rocheux, la maison ets agreable avec un beau jardin une brise marine aide a supporter la chaleur. Pour une baignade facile Flamigo sul sea restaurant et transat avec escalier d accès a la mer

Wunderbar, ruhig, erholsam

Das Haus liegt ruhig am Ende einer Straße im Wohngebiet. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Es gibt einen privaten Zugang zum Meer, allerdings ist dort kein Strand-aber grandiose Klippen und Buchten. Man kann dort sehr gut spazieren gehen. Lella ist sehr freundlich und hat uns trotz verspäteter Ankunft herzlich empfangen. Wir haben einen herrlichen Urlaub verbracht und würden jederzeit wieder dort verweilen.

Super propriété donnant sur la mer,calme, bien située entre Catane et Syracuse.

Excellentes relations avec Lella et Vico pour la gestion matérielle. Un souci cependant : je n'ai toujours pas reçu la caution de 150 euros de la part de Homelidays.

Hôte très accueillante et disponible, merci. Maison pratique et bien entretenue. Jardin très agréable et arboré. Au bout de celui ci un chemin pour accéder à une crique, mais la descente est un peu compliqué à trouver soi même, l'hôte se fera un plaisir de vous montrer le chemin. ( Descente très abrupte, taillée dans la roche ) Tout s'est très bien passé, il y a un barbecue sur place alors forcément ..😉👍

Gite correspond très bien à l'annonce

Nous avons eu des difficultés pour nous rendre au gite, manque de plan, mais nous avons eu un guide Vito qui nous a pris en charge. Très bon accueil et grande disponibilité. Gite de charme avec son jardin en toute intimité et panorama exceptionnel sur la mer et l'Eta.
