Great apartment near the beach in Albir. Family owned, clean, modern and quiet.

We love our apartment. It has marble floors throughout. Lots of light and a great terrace to have breakfast on. Brand new flat panel TV. New, huge and super-comfortable sofa. It has dishwasher and laundry room. Lots of closet space. New furniture. Very comfortable, new and upgraded beds. The main bed has pillow top added on top of the mattress. This is our family apartment so we keep it very well and comfortable, as we live there too when we can.
Walk to the beach in 5 minutes or less. The amenities at the complex are great. The outdoor swimming pool has adults and children's pool. Big grass area around the pool to lay on the sun. Indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi. There is a children's playground and paddle tennis court. The beach in Albir is beautiful and the town is full of shops and has a great variety of restaurants. The supermarket is a block away.

Great apartment

Apartment had access to underground carpark which was great. Two swimming pools, both which were clean and well maintained. Apartment was in good, clean condition. Beds were comfy. Was near restaurants bars and shops, all walking distance. Beach was nearby. Would stay again if in the area. Hosts were friendly.

Everything was great. The apartment is comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Very well placed in a quiet street 5min walk from the beach , near to restaurants and shops. The pool is very good.

Spacious, Modern, Clean apartment in a Great location

Albir is a beautiful resort. There are a wide range of excellent restaurants. (Paulinos highly recommended) There are an array of shops to suit everyones' tastes and needs. The best part of all of this is right in the heart of the town and that's this Gem of an apartment. The apartment was modern, clean and had great facilities. We had a fantastic family holiday and felt extremely lucky to stay in such a lovely place. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks to everyone for making our holiday perfect :-)

Great apartment. Nice and spacious, having two bathrooms makes it very convenient. Kitchen has everything you might need. AC works very well and the balcony (with the sun blinds) is perfect.Check in is very smooth. Pablo very kindly waited for us to arrive from Alicante and then showed us all round the apartment. Two sets of keys is also very convenient.The pools (fun pool and swimming pool) are a short 2 minute walk and were never busy. Beach is about 5-10 minutes and there are so many restaurants in the area, you could choose a different one every day for a month.

Very happy

The apartment was very well equipped and clean. Because of the excessive heat we couldn’t go out walking far with the young children, but they were more than happy to spend at least 5 hours a day going from one swimming pool to another. Having been to Albir many times since 1970 I know the area well and have a lot of fond memories of many family holidays.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment, amenities were very good with one or two updates needed like long mirrors over plugs in bedrooms to blow and straighten hair and get ready and softer towels plus drawers needed in wardrobe in main bedroom for underwear it would be exceptional. Location is great within 100yd to supermarket and restaurants and not far to the beach you can’t go wrong. Would definitely return next year

Fantastic Apartment with great additional facilities

We have stayed at this apartment over a number of years and will be returning again in 2018. It is great for families and has an indoor and outdoor pool and a Padel court which has become a really popular game amongst the family. The owners are always looking for feedback and act on it and we often find additional facilities have been added which this year included WiFi. Inma and Juan always make the booking process a fast and efficient and we are always met on time usually ahead of check in time. If you want a great place to stay in the great seaside resort of Albir this would be my number 1 choice.

Great Apartment

We have stayed in this apartment on a number of occasions and it is a fantastic place to stay with a great location in the centre of Albir and it is a well equipped and very comfortable apartment. We stay with our 2 children who are 7 and 12 and they love the indoor and outdoor pools and the Paddle Tennis Court. The apartment is in secure grounds, 5 minutes from the seafront and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Our interaction and correspondence with the owners has always been efficient and they are always keen to seek feedback and help make our stays even better. I would recommend this apartment for anyone looking to stay in the lovely tranquil town/village of Albir and away from the brashness of Benidorm.

Accommodation at Albir

Excellent proximity to the beach , shops, restaurants and public transport. Apartment complex facilities are well set out with excellent security, grounds, pool and indoor pool and spa and sauna (all clean and well maintained). Good supervision at the pool. Apartment is two bedroom with two bathroom. Suggestions that may help to give 5 star are upgrade of dining and lounge furniture, attention to the airconditioning switch as it was very difficult to operate.( may need replacement) everything else was wonderful, thankyou.

Gran sitio para pasar tus vacaciones.

Antes de nada, agradecer el trato y cercanía a Inma y Pablo. Gran apartamento de vacaciones, bien equipado, limpio y cuidado. A destacar la existencia de dos piscinas comunitarias, una de ellas cubiertas, y un jacuzzi junto a esta última. Está situado en una buena zona con varios supermercados cerca, farmacia, fisio, óptica y restaurantes en los que poder comer o cenar. Para llegar a playa hay que dar un pequeño paseo de 5 minutos. Advertir sobre la misma que, como ya han dicho otros comentarios, es de cantos rodados por lo que es casi imprescindible el uso de escarpines o cangrejeras. Decir también que apenas entras en el agua hay un escalón, por lo que cubre enseguida. Por otro lado, si quieres hacer algo diferente a ir a la playa o bañarte en la piscina, es posible hacer una pequeña ruta para visitar un faro. La subida al mismo no es muy larga (2,5 km desde el inicio), pero existen varios senderos que se desvían hacia otras zonas que es posible visitar: la cala de la mina, las minas de ocre, el aljibe del faro... Eso sí. Para hacer la visita es preferible no ir muy tarde. El primer tramo está protegido por la sombra de unos árboles, pero luego esa sombra desaparece y se nota. Por nuestra parte, hemos estado muy bien y si podemos repetiremos.

Prima appartement, geweldige locatie

Het appartement is prima, niet heel groot of heel luxe, maar alles wat nodig is. Zwembaden (1x verwarmd en 1x onverwarmd) zijn heerlijk. Alles op het complex wordt goed onderhouden. De ligging is echt geweldig. Je loopt binnen 5 minuten naar zee en zit midden in het stadje op een rustige plek.

I don't know which is the best thing about this apartment, on arrival you are met by the family members . Their friendly ,happy and helpful manner makes it more personal. They are available throughout your stay for support and during the booking process. The apartment is well equipped. Quiet area, close to supermarkets, short walk to the beach and excellent bus route. The apartment is spotlessly clean and the grounds and indoor swimming pool areas are well maintained. Suitable for family or individuals, another bonus is the wifi and English as well as other international television channels. Albir is a piece of Paradise and the apartment is perfect.

Muy a gusto

Pasamos la segunda quincena de Agosto en el apartamento. Ideal para pareja y dos niños. Se ajusta completamente a la descripción del mismo en la web, habiendo incluso alguna mejora con respecto a las fotos expuestas. Estábamos a unos 400 metros de la playa, un paseo. El trato con Inma y Pablo, fue el que se espera de un buen anfitrión. Para no llevarse a equívocos, recomiendo estudiar algo acerca de El Albir, ya que la playa es de cantos rodados y el pueblo es completamente de extranjeros. Nosotros lo sabíamos y fue una buena experiencia. Buenas sensaciones.

We live in USA with our 3 years old son. We are both 40+ years old. Our family lives very near Albir and so we bought this apartment as our second home to come visit whenever we can. We also plan to come here to live when we retire.
