About this property
Polzeath - A Beautiful Two Bedroom Cornish Cob Barn sleeps 5
The Cob is a beautifully converted Cornish barn set in the former farmstead of Treglines. It enjoys a delightfully rural location but is still only one mile from Polzeath Beach and two miles from Rock. Lovingly converted with two double bedrooms, one bathroom and a sitting room with kitchen, it is perfect for a family of up to five or for two couples. Well behaved dogs are welcome. (garden is not enclosed).

About the host
Hosted by Lavinia Anderon

We are a family of five living the other side of The Cob in a larger version of a converted barn. My husband Charlie re built both barns 20 years ago, lovingly re using as much of the original structures. We have one slightly mad spaniel who is very loving and adores anyone who will throw a ball or a stick for her.
Why they chose this property
The Cob is an old Cob barn lovingly restored. It has a lot of character and is very cosy and comfortable but not over the top. We have kept it simple in style.
What makes this property unique
Our location is perfect being tucked away but so close to all the beaches and coast line, as well as delights of Port Issac, Padstow, Trebarwith , Tintagel etc. We like to describe it as being far from the maddening crowds when we reach the summer months.
