2 x Double Bedrooms, 1 x twin bedroom all with en suite bathrooms, balconies and sea views. Private rooftop terrace with sunbathing area. Natural stone floor tiles throughout help maintain a cool interior. There is a modern kitchen which is well equipped with large fridge-freezer, oven with hob and dishwasher. Alfresco dining area with marble table and chairs which overlooks the pool and the whole of Kalkan bay. This villa has a spacious, airy lounge that seats six people comfortably. It has satellite TV with many English channels and several Bluetooth speakers for those music lovers. Free WIFI access is available. Air-conditioned throughout which also provides heating in winter. Two patio doors lead out to the terrace, pool, garden and wonderful views of the sea and mountains. Villa Fina has its own heated infinity swimming pool of 26 sqm and a convenient pool side shower. The sun terrace is furnished with 3 parasols and 6 luxury sun loungers.

The villa was all we needed and more. Bedrooms were spacious and a bathroom each was a bonus!The pool and surrounding area were kept immaculately clean. Every detail was thought of, from the welcome pack, cooking utensils and even cards, board games and books. Sat high on the hillside so taxis recommended to get to town and back but easily available and only about 3 each way. We will absolutely be back!

Beautiful villa with amazing views

The villa has everything you need for a relaxing holiday and the views over Kalkan are amazing. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained. Having en-suites in all 3 bedrooms is a bonus. The facilities in the villa are top class with a lot of attention to detail. The maintenance guy was excellent and very prompt if required.

Lovely, well equipped villa. Terrace and pool were great, and taken care of by a local chap who came most days. The views are spectacular across Kalkan bay. It’s a steep climb up from the town but you can get a taxi cheaply if you don’t want to walk. Definitely recommend this villa to all

Villa Fina

We had a lovely stay at the villa. Everything you needed was provided. Property manager was there every day sorting/ washing round the pool area and villa outside. Replenished our water when we asked, no problem. Not us fit throughout the two weeks we were there, with all the steps and hill walks.

Villa Fina - a hidden gem

This was our fourth visit to Kalkan and our first stay in Villa Fina. Having already stayed in some lovely villas previously, we found the quality of the accommodation provided by Villa Fina was definitely the best we have experienced to date. Andy, the owner looked after us from the day we made the booking providing us with a full information pack with everything we needed to know about Villa Fina and the surrounding area - perfect for any first time visitors to Kalkan. Andy arranged all of our airport transfers which went without a hitch. The Villa was spotlessly clean on our arrival with a very welcome "welcome pack". Nihat visited the Villa everyday (early and unobtrusively so no one was disturbed) ensuring that the beautiful outdoor area and pool were always spotlessly clean. The standard of equipment provided in the kitchen far surpassed what we have experienced previously. There is space for parking for anyone who wishes to hire a car and there is a convenience store, the "Daily Market" just a two minute walk away, ideal for fresh bread and groceries. The villa is located next to an unspoilt area of the mountain side with fantastic views across the bay. We were very sorry to have to leave and can't wait to return.

Villa Fina - A stunning home from home!

From the moment we arrived, the property manager Nihat looked after us and explained where everything was and how things worked. We were welcomed into the relief of air-conditioned rooms and given some lovely local fruit, basic provisions and the use of a fresh water dispenser. This villa was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean both inside and out with the location private and secure. As a family of 5 with three daughters 13,7 & 6 there was plenty to entertain, with the pool being the main attraction in the 40 degree heat - we adults could watch the girls play safely in the clean, warm pool whilst sunning ourselves on one of the 6 comfortable sun beds. So here's what we loved about the villa: - the stunning view - the air conditioning in all rooms - the pool, supplied with inflatables! - the service (from Andrew organising airport transfers to Nihat replacing our water and providing local knowledge) - being able to eat/drink/play games on the terrace without being bothered by mosquitoes What we loved about the location: - Kalkan Old Town shops - Good value taxis to get us back up the hill - Fantastic restaurants - Paprika, Coriander & Moussaka - Friendly Turkish people who don't hassle you - Plenty to see/ discover - beaches, boat trips, historical sites What we didn't like - Coming Home!!! We would seriously recommend Villa Fina to friends or relatives, but not if they took our slot!! We would definitely want to return to Villa Fina next year.

Fantastic villa, would definitely return!

Lovely open kitchen lounge area leading out to the patio/BBQ. Pool and sun beds were fantastic! Everything you need is there. About 15 minute walk down into town, with steep slopes but completely doable (most certainly recommend a taxi back up! Only 25tl). Communication and service from the property manager was flawless. I thoroughly recommend staying in Villa Fina!

Great week!!

We had a fantastic time at this well equipped villa. Really great communication with the owner (before and during) and their contact in kalkan. We had a problem with the internet when we first arrived (first guests this year due to covid) and it was fixed within 12 hours. Would happily recommend to anyone wanting to stay in that area!

Nothing but positive - a fantastic stay.

The listening was very accurate. We were welcomed to the beautiful town of Kalkan to find a huge, well situated Villa in the mountains overlooking Kalkan bay. The villa was spacious; each room having an ensuite, it was clean, well kept and homely. It was obvious the villa was well loved. I think the highlight for us, was the heated pool and the bbq and patio. It meant we could enjoy the villa, or head towards many of the fabulous restaurants in the bay. The manager, Andy, was in easy reach answering any questions we had. We had no concerns with any communications. I would highly recommend this Villa to friends and family. We hope to visit again. This area of Turkey was beautiful and we only managed to fit in a handful of fantastic restaurants and beaches. It is worth mentioning the Patara beach, with the superb roman ruins. It is Turkeys longest beach, it was simply stunning. We were anxious the weather would be too cold visiting in April, but in fact it was perfect. Warm enough to visit the beach and swim in the pool, even though it was it slightly cooler on the evenings. All in all, perfect! Thanks Andy for letting us stay in your place.

Fantastic Find

Wow! Villa Fina is a stunning Villa well equipped and very comfortable. The Gardens and heated pool were excellent and well maintained by friendly but not intrusive staff. The views overlooking Kalkan town are beautiful and the hills are challenging good for the leg muscles!! What a super find and we certainly plan to come back.

Fabulous villa!

From the moment you arrive,which for us was late night, You could tell immediately this was a very special place! Because we arrived late we we're tired,but the views at night were stunning! When we got to bed, the inside of the villa was immaculate and very welcoming,the beds and the rooms are like new and comfortable with air conditioners in all the rooms. When we woke, we then saw the pool, wow! And an infinity pool over looking Kalkan bay! The patio was beautiful with varied plants and colourful shrubs, we also found that it is a quite retreat which was welcome when you come back from a busy day away from the villa. The kitchen facilities were very good with everything you need to make your stay very pleasant. The villa boasts parasols by the pool and patio area which I think is important to be able to relax in the shade with a glass of wine or beer, your choice! To sum up you could not get a better villa for the price or location,well done to the hosts for making our stay unforgettable!!

Outstanding Villa

Excellent holiday would recommend it to anybody. Villa was very clean, pool was fantastic. Service from Nihat was excellent. The views from the villa are outstanding. All the Turkish people we met were very helpful and friendly . We enjoyed the water sports at the harbour and eating out at Agin restaurant. Total Bliss and Relaxation !!!!!

The on-line photographs do not do this accommodation justice. It has spectacular views and it is as it says a "luxury villa". Everything is to hand that is needed for self catering with added touches such as a drinking water cooler and outside barbeque, large fridge and freezer and cooking facilities. For those who dont want to go to the town, the terrace is the most wonderful place to watch the sun set behind the mountains (especially with a mojito or two!). The Owners have obviously thought of what they themselves would need for a fabulous stay and equipped it accordingly. The pool is very private and well equipped with wonderfully comfortable sunbeds, parasolls and the view from the infinity pool to the harbour and mountains is eyecatching and undisturbed which cannot be said from other villas in the same area. I stayed in the uppermost bedroom which had its own sun terrace and several mornings I watched the sun come up from that location, a relaxing start to the day. The rooms were pristine and clean, all fittings modern and well maintained and each bedroom had a well needed en- suite bathroom, my bedroom had the added luxury of a jacuzzi bath! Every room has its own air conditioning ( an absolute must!) The location was on the side of the mountain and the town is reached by a either a 15 min walk ( it is pretty steep and works the calf muscles!!) or a cheap taxi ride (£5). There are too many restaurants to mention but Aubergine and Alternative are a must for fine diners. All cater for children. The bars in Kalkan are friendly and welcoming but there is no waiter pushing you for custom. One in particular was the Moonlight bar which was always busy and the waitors especially made your stay a good experience ( Find the waiter called "Shirley" he was a total hoot and made everyone feel at ease). Pricewise it is perhaps a little more expensive than other resorts but that said having visited Olu Deniz, Hisoronu and Fettiye ( extremely commercialised) the hike in price is worth it. I would say that Kalkan is still more portuguese than these other resorts, the town is vibrant but still remains authentic. Some places to visit : Patara Beach, Kas, Kaputos Beach, Saklikent Gorge. This is a wonderful villa situated in a beautiful location. I would return again and again and have made a booking for 2015

We are a married couple, retired and living in France. We visit Turkey at least once a year and have made many friends. Kalkan is a place that leaves a lasting memory for its unique atmosphere and fantastic, numerous dining experiences.

Why they chose this property

We love Kalkan and the surrounding area for its natural beauty and the local people. The town boasts over 200 roof terrace restaurants offering some of the best cuisine I have experienced anywhere in the world. For the shopper there is plenty of choice from high end fashion to local crafts. For the more active it boasts a great opportunity for sailing, diving, snorkeling and paragliding. Kaputas and Patara beaches offer stunning swimming in the turquoise Mediterranean sea.

What makes this property unique

The villa is furnished to a very high standard with superb facilities which makes your stay that much more pleasurable. It is set in amongst olive trees with fantastic views of both the bay of Kalkan and the Taurus mountains. With it's private and tranquil location it is perfect to relax in the evening for a little alfresco dining. The villa really does offer a holiday to remember.
