Our stay was amazing. Such a beautiful, cozy property with the most amazing view over the bay. Had everythinf we needed and the outdoor bathtub was a greay placd to relax. Cawsand and Kingsand are stunning villages with friendly people, I would recommend and will definitely be back.
Fantastic location, shops and pubs and beach on the doorstep. The accommodation is superb, beautiful views and the outdoor bath is the icing on the cake.
Beautiful view and lovely weekend away. The place is wonderful for a couple. Doesn’t supple any salt/ pepper or oil /butter so bring the essentials. Host does give a cute welcome box .

Property is very small, but fortunately the weather was good to us and we were out every day. The veranda is beautiful to sit out on with stunning views. Location stunning, with beautiful walks, and beaches. Property was over all clean, but maybe a little more attention needed in some places. Definitely would recommend a visit! Lots of steps to get to accommodation, so not good if not physically fit.
Cosy and comfortable cabin for 2 with amazing views across Cawsand Bay from the terrace. Uniquely featuring an outside bath. The host Nick provided lots of useful information and responded promptly and professionally to our enquiries. Highly recommended. We hope to return.
The whole stay was absolutely amazing... from the beautiful views and cozy chalet to the postcard seaside village! Could not of asked for anything more! Thank you for being part of the very special memories made here!
We had a lovely stay in this property in early March. Fantastic central location (as long as you can do steps) and lovely view. Very clean and well presented. Warm and cosy for 2 and ideal for a weekend break.
The Crows Nest is everything we wanted for our few days away to relax. The apartment had everything we needed. There are lovely view from the deck. Ideally situated for walking, dining out- lots of choices. Live music in the pub & a male voice choir in the square. Paddle boarding. Highly recommended. Thankyou Nick for the attention to detail.Kind regards Neil & Pat.
A cosy getaway in a beautiful location. Crow’s Nest had all that we needed for a short break away. Great to explore some of the surrounding area with some excellent walk info sheets to help us plan our outings. Coffee from The Old Bakery was a highlight, as was the outdoor bath!
Lovely little lodge in the heart of cawsand bay, the locals were all wonderful and we really enjoyed exploring the area and all along the coast. I would highly recommend if you want a few days away from the hustle and bustle of city life!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Crow’s Nest.
It is a great location with lovely views from the cabin and close to the village and beaches.
We enjoyed being able to take walks in the nearby countryside.
A very relaxing and refreshing time
Thank you for a lovely stay. The Crow's Nest has the most incredible view and is very comfortable. It was a bonus being so close to the coastal path and a short stroll away from the shops/ pubs. The accommodation had everything we needed and the description and communication from Nick was great.
A perfect place to relax with stunning panoramic views over the sea. The terrace is a great place to sit and unwind, with the outdoor bath and added treat. The cabin is tastefully decorated right down to the fabulous Cornishware pottery. Can't recommend highly enough.
We were at the Crownest during Storm Dennis - it was a cosy spot to watch the waves below and Cawsand has everything we needed. Well equipped cottage. We definitely want to return.
Very Cozy. Perfect for a couples holiday. Very helpful host. Access to property can be a challenge due to steepness of stairs outside but there are alternative routes in. Would stay again.

Many thanks for your review. Sorry about the rubbish being left. I've told the cleaners to take it away. can't think what's the matter with them! Sorry about that.
kind regards
Nick
Wonderfully place with a spectacular view on the bay. Very clean, all needed furniture and very large terrace, enough covered to take an aperitif under the rain.
Perfect for a couple
No specific parking for the apartment but as a city's inhabitants, we are never afraid of finding a parking place in the evening 😉
