All our guests have access to our 10x5m swimming pool. It is a pool with a view.

At Cabraldi we have 4 holiday apartments and a holiday home available. Each accomodates 2 persons except apartment Camelia which can accomodate 4 persons. The apartments are fully equiped.

We do not consider Cabraldi suitable for a stay with young children,

Our apartments have a living room with a fully equiped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a spacious private terrace. Cabraldi is surrounded by a well tended garden. Guests have access to and use of the herbs of the herbal garden.

Cabraldi's surroundings are ideally suited for hiking.We are happy to provide you with detailed maps and descriptions of various walks.

Ein echter Geheimtipp! Das Appartement Magnolia ist top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Auf der großen privaten Terrasse gibt es Sonne oder Schatten je nach Bedarf. Die Gastgeber sind herzlich und unaufdringlich. Die Anlage mit nur 4 Wohnungen ist äußerst gepflegt und der wunderbare Infinity-Pool das Herzstück und Highlight. Cabraldi liegt auf dem Berg in absoluter Stille, es sind nur die Zikaden zu hören. Nach Sarsina zum einkaufen dauert es mit dem Auto 15 Minuten, außerdem haben wir Ravenna und Bologna besucht.

comfortable apartments in a stunning landscape. friendly hosts. Ideal for those who want to combine the tranquility of the beautiful environment of Cabraldi with day trips to cities like Ravenna, Rimini, San Marino. It was my second visit and certainly not my last!

a View for a Vacation

What a fantastic View! Stunning and breath taking. Sit down at the pool, open the cold beer and enjoy the view. Result? Total relaxation! We had two lovely weeks at Cabraldi, enjoyed the pool, the sun, the silents and the view. The hosts, André and Carla are more than helpful and are always open for a small talk. The apartment was nice and clean, good beds, new kitchen and bathroom. We indeed enjoyed the terrace also with a view outside the apartment. The nearby small city, Sarsina, is very cosy and have more than 5 good restaurants. A good place to go for dinner in the evening. Thank you for a wonderful vacation, we will surely be back :-) Samuel, Katrine and Franck

Wir danken Carla und Andre für einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in ihrem liebevoll aufgebauten und wirklich außergewöhnlichen Domizil in der Emilia Romana. Unsere Erwartungen wurden trotz der schon schönen Bilder noch übertroffen. Wer Abstand vom Trubel, dem typischen Tourismus und einem hektischen Alltag sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Das gepflegte Anwesen liegt auf ca. 700 m Höhe in der schönen italienischen Natur mit einer tollen Aussicht ins weite Land. Die Appartements sind modern und individuell mit Geschmack und viel Liebe für`s Detail eingerichtet. Alles ist perfekt für die Eigenversorgung ausgestattet und wurde uns in einem top-sauberen Zustand übergeben. Als Vermieter wart Ihr unaufdringlich und doch jederzeit hilfsbereit zur Stelle, wenn es etwas zu organisieren gab. Wir danken Euch für eine tolle Zeit und freuen uns schon heute auf ein Wiedersehen mit Euch und Eurer wirklich außergewöhnlichen Gefährtin Sara.

lovely luxury spot for vacation

Very lovely and of course luxury spot in the hills near Sarsina. We and our dogs felt from the very beginning very welcome and we could relax every day without any interruption. We will recommend the apartment to all of our family and friends. All criteria for a comfortable vacation were to 100% matched: clean, not loud, not much people, friendly people, luxury, really amazing pool with an unbelievable landscape.

Idyllic Location

Andre and Carla have created a beautiful, quiet, high quality location, perfect for resting and enjoying life in the slow lane; the views from the pool are stunning. The surrounding countryside is wonderful and quiet. The lovely nearby town of Sarsina is just right for buying fresh food and wine at really good value, plus excellent friendly restaurants, bars and local people. A wonderful place, we already have friends looking to go and we certainly will return.

What a lovely spot!

What a lovely spot Carla and Andre have created in the hills of Sarsina. It really is away from the busy world, the perfect surrounding to read a book, take a swim or take a nap in whatever sequence you like. And than of course, time for a walk before dinner. The rooms are very cosy with stylish furniture and a lovely view on the surrounding hills. We will be back, for sure.

Cabraldi

Cabraldi is ideal for that " get away from it all " destination; great scenery, hill views, peaceful location and chance to be totally relaxed. The property offers a very attractive pool; and a leisurely swim, a good read, will in no time make you forget the stresses of life. It is essential that you have a car, as the nearest village is a fair distance away, and walking is not recommended; although for the harden walkers, this will be a challenge. The Village of Sarsina is quaint, peaceful, and offers finite amount of local shopping. Market days are certainly worth a visit and the local residents will love to hear a few words of attempted Italian - an Impromptu Italian pronunciation lesson - don't be afraid to try. The owners of Cabraldi are always on hand to offer local advise, and to ensure your stay is carefree as possible. I would recommend this villa to anyone and look forward to a second stay.

Wonderful holiday

Everything about Cabraldi exceeded our expectations. The location was idyllic with stunning views. The accommodation was well designed, very tasteful, very comfortable and well equipped, not to mention spotlessly clean. This was a tranquil location ideal for relaxing and rejuvenating. The drive to the local town, although 9 Km down the mountain, provided yet more stunning views. The town itself was charming with several excellent restaurants. The owners were most hospitable and welcoming. Although we did not fully take advantage of the sporting opportunities the area is excellent for serious road cyclists and walkers/runners. For a more sedate pace there are lots of charming villages and towns to visit. We will definitely be visiting again.
