This beautiful well equipped apartment is located just a stones throw from Burriana beach. Despite only having one bedroom, it is very spacious, bright and airy with modern decor and fittings and with a large terrace. Ideal for one or two couples, or a small family with one or two children. The guaranteed secure off-street parking is essential if you are travelling around Nerja with a vehicle. With easy access also to the centre of town, this is an ideal location for your holiday in Nerja.

I live in Surrey, UK, with my husband and teenage year old son. We have spent all our available holidays in Nerja for many years and fell in love with Spain and particularly Nerja.
Why they chose this property
We love Nerja and particularly the Burriana area where we own our apartment. The beach is clean with excellent facilities, bars and restaurants and is only a few minutes walk away. The town is also within a short walking distance and boasts the famous Balcon d'Europa and more bars and restaurants with something for every taste. Flights to the nearest airport Malaga are plentiful and the drive from the airport to the apartment is only 45 minutes drive away. We like the fact that it is still very "Spanish" without the hoards of high-rise tourist blocks that can be found in other resorts.
What makes this property unique
The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the beach so you can enjoy the excellent facilities easily. Should you prefer to spend an evening in, the apartment boasts a spacious balcony with amazing views of the sea and the mountains so you can enjoy dinner al fresco. The apartment is well equipped with air conditioning in the bedroom and living areas, Wifi, flat screen TV with British and European Freeview TV and also a CD/DVD player. There is also plenty of storage space and a combination safe for guests use is provided.
