The 3rd bedroom is housed in a cottage across the courtyard from the main house. A split-level living area opens onto the terrace providing the perfect opportunity for indoor/outdoor living.

The house was very clean and well maintained. The location of the villa was very convenient. A less than 5 minute walk to the pool and the clubhouse where we could get a drink or eat lunch. We were also able to walk to the Rum Shack which was about a 10 minute walk. Overall, everything was great!

Perfect Stay

We reached out to Sue after our original vacation rental fell through. Sue helped us out when our vacation was about to be ruined, opening up her property to us when it was already closed for the season. For this, we will forever be grateful. First, Royal Westmoreland, is a secure property with well manicured landscaping and great facilities that you as the renter has access to. Our family enjoyed the gym, pool and beach club at Mullins. Secondly the property has amazing views and was perfect for our party of 7. Hoping that we can stay again once the property has been renovated - I know that it will be superb!!! Special thanks to Beveny for the the warm welcome

Nicely situated

Very handy for lovely swimming pool, golf clubhouse, Holetown with supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The marine park for excellent snorkeling is a 3 minute drive. Beverny the housekeeper is very with it and very helpful for any questions you may have. She also has a great sense of humour and made us laugh. We enjoyed our stay here.

We are 2 school friends who first came to Barbados in 1990
Before that first holiday had ended we were planning our next.We were totally smitten with the place!

Since that time we have returned as often as we could and when our families came along we introduced our children to the island and now the next generation loves it as much as we do.

When we got a chance to buy a property we didn't hesitate.We would both like to spend more time here as soon as our work and family commitments allow

Why they chose this property

The villa itself is ideal for couples or families who want their own space but with all the service and facilities a resort can offer.
Royal Westmoreland is beautiful.The view from the villa looks down over the golf course to the Caribbean Sea.
It is lovely to come off the beach at the end of the day and sip cocktails on the verandah.
The resort is quiet and private and the villa itself is light and airy.
For golfers the course is one of the best in the world

What makes this property unique

Within the resort our villa is one of the closest to the facilities with the pool,gym and clubhouse only a hop,skip and a jump away.
It has it's own plunge pool where you can enjoy a quick dip.
We have a wonderful housekeeper Monday -Friday.She will look after you and for an extra charge will babysit, shop or cook for you
