This One Bedroom Condo located on the ground floor in a gated community has all of the comforts of home and everything you need to make your stay more enjoyable. All linens, towels, cookware, flatware and utensils are provided. Just steps away, you will find covered parking, pool/spa area and tennis courts.

Please Note: We offer basic cable streaming thru the Spectrum app, via Roku. All popular streaming apps are available to access using your own accounts.

We do not have a dishwasher.

I am local and will be available to answer any questions you may have.

Complex is near the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway entrance. Downtown is less than a 5 minute drive.

Guests will have the entire condo to themselves.

Condo was ok. Nice and clean and seriously had the BEST bed we have ever slept in. Would have liked a dishwasher and cable tv, but otherwise met our needs. Pool area and grounds were fantastic!

What we expected

We were already familiar with this location and it was our preferred one so got off to a great start. The unit was clean, bright, functional, and steps away from the pool and parking. The property management team was accessible, helpful, and friendly. We enjoyed our stay here.

Awesome condo !

This condo was just absolutely perfect for what I was needing . The location is super quiet and the pool is about 20 feet from the condos front door! The host were very quick to respond to any inquiries. Upon arriving, the ac wasn’t getting cold, I sent Walt a message, they had the hvac techs out early morning next day and re-charged the system . It was nice and cold after that! All in all it was a great stay and I highly recommend it !

Great place for a vacation

Jeff and Walt are great hosts and very quick to response for any problem or questions. The unit was well supplied with all the necessities and more. There were even some exercises equipment. The unit was next to the pool and very close to the laundry room. Whole complex is very green, clean, well maintained. People living there are very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend

Awesome Stay

Great Memorial Day weekend

Cute condo in a very quiet complex. We had everything we needed inside of the actual unit. Everything was incredibly clean. The bed was so comfortable! We had a great time and loved our stay. The only downside was that we never got the initial welcome email that included the information to gain access to the property. Because of the location, the wind made the pool very dirty.

Comfortable

Weren’t sure in the beginning as there was no TP in the bathroom. But after that we discovered everything else we needed was there. Very friendly other residence around the pool. Even a pool pot-luck evening.

Would definitely stay again.

Clean and comfortable and well located. Only downside was a noisy upstairs neighbor who liked to wake up early and drag things across the floor. Heat was not working, unfortunately, so it was cold in the morning. I reported it to management so I am sure it would be taken care of. Nice owner, nice manager.

Great Spot!

This condo is very comfortable with nice furniture and very clean. The access to the pool couldn't be better and everyone we met was very nice. This is a quiet, well maintained complex in a convenient location with an easy 5-10 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs. Jeff was very easy to deal with and quick to respond. This was perfect for our short, stress free getaway!

Perfect Palm Springs getaway!!

Everything we needed for a home away from home was available! The condo is spotless with modern decor. The owner was available to answer any questions we had. He responded promptly to our messages and checked in to make sure everything was ok. Just steps away from the unit, was the pool and spa area! That was a BIG plus for us! There were local brochures available which were very helpful when it came to choosing activities and restaurants. They even had recommendations listed on the home away app! The location was perfect for us! Close to everything we wanted to visit during our stay!

Great place to stay. 4 1/2 stars would be more accurate

Cozy Condo for 2, great location in Palm Springs, very nice gated complex. 30 feet to a beautiful pool and hot tub area. Everyone we met there was friendly and helpful. The grounds were clean and well cared for. There is a coin operated laundry room nearby, also 2 tennis courts within a five minute walk. The condo is clean and in good condition. There are plenty of dishes, pots and pans and silverware, as well as linens and pillows. The appliances all work well, the tv's in the bedroom and living room are large and work well. The tv's have very few available channels and I'm not sure if they are smart tv's. The unit is downstairs which is convenient but also invites a little noise from the second floor residents. My wife and I stayed for 4 weeks and really enjoyed it. The landlord is friendly and helpful and I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for an enjoyable Palm Springs getaway.

3 days in Palm Springs

Weather was lousy. windy and cool. We needed better communications on gate code and a printed outline of where laundry room located, tips about TV and WiFi could have been better. Overall okay, units well maintained, nice property location away from bustle downtown yet easy access to things if have transportation. Units quite small so don't try to put more than two people to each. The owner of our unit was always available on his cell phone and quite nice. Hated to bother him so much.

Super Great Spot

What a wonderful place to stay. For a couple wanting to stay in Palm Springs this is the spot. Only a 5 min drive to the heart of downtown. This quaint apartment is just steps to the pool. So close the wifi works there! Pool has sunshine and shade all day plus a hot tub. The apartment itself has all the amenities for cooking meals and a microwave for your leftovers from going out. TV in the living room and bedroom. No A/C but a ceiling fan circulates the cool evening air for peaceful sleeps at night. The complex itself is mostly residents and older snowbirds so it is quiet and serene. I would def stay here again and would recommend this place to friends.
