This large one bedroom apartment is situated in Playa de las Americas, Costa Adeje in the very popular Garden City complex just 5 minutes walk from Puerto Colon beach and 100m from shops, bars and restaurants. Garden City features two swimming pools (one heated), a pool side bar, entertainment during the day plus on-site free parking.
The apartment has all what you need for a very comfortable holiday, an equipped kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, free wifi, safe and a terrace (sun all day). Bed linen and towels are also provided.

Relaxing stay

We had a great two weeks in this apartment. The description was exactly what was stated and the location is where we like to be. If I’m being critical I would say the flat needs upgrading (apart from the kitchen) and would benefit from having air condition. The host was excellent, picked us up from the airport and was efficient when we needed a very small problem sorted.

Appartment in great location

Good clean appartment, plenty sockets, coat hangers, clothes storage, good shower and washing machine/iron a bonus. WiFi good and smart TV so all usual apps available. A mirror in bedroom would have been good though. Transfers arranged through host which were punctual and great communication throughout.

Great stay at Garden City.

Just a few minor issues,staying with my wife and two daughters there was no mirror in the bedroom,the property wasn’t ready on arrival,no battery in the clock and the television remote.The cleaner did not call as promised to change the bedding. Overall we had a great Christmas and New Year. Would stay again.

Could be so much better

The property is in need of updating,however has some good points. The internet,television and abundance of hot water, excellent washing machine are all good,points. Lack of comfortable chairs on the balcony ,a settee that needs attention ,uncomfortable mattresses sadly let it down.

Modern apartment fully equipped with everything you need, lovely balcony that gets the sun the majority of the day Location is fantastic and close to all amenities. The hosts Jason and Julia are lovely, nothing was a problem they were very quick to reply to any questions, even stopping for a chat when we saw them out and about They also arranged transfers for us to and from airport. We deffo will be using again and will be recommending to friends and family 😊

Amazing place

Very nice and sunny apartment. Yulia was very kind and helpful. I didn't see any cockroaches all time. Swimming pool with heated water and with a nice bar is very close in the area. I really recommend this apartment to anybody. Libor, Czech republic.

Lounge sunny in the morning, but bedroom was dark, high small windows, you needed the light on!

Nice furniture. Good washing m/c and dish washer. But the electricity kept tripping! Very limited cooking utensils. No frying pan and only one 'milk' pan. Poor bedding. Fitted bottom sheet. A duvet cover as a top sheet, Two pillows with cases. A quilted cover. In the wardrobe.Two very grey pillows with no cases!, two rough blankets and a quilted cover. No spare sheets. It could have easily been made better with a little more care!

Overall Julias apartment offered us everything we needed. Clean and comfy with a nice feel. Great having the washer and the large fridge freezer. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Will will return. Holly and Sean
