This very modern duplex bungalow is situated in Playa de las Américas, Costa Adeje in the complex El Cortijo and is just 300m walking distance from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants, the complex is very central but very quiet and offers a swimming pool and free on-site parking.
The bungalow has all you need for a very comfortable holiday, an equipped kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, free wifi, hair dryer and safe. Bed linen and towels are also provided.
On the ground floor you have the kitchen, living room and front terrace, the upper floor has the bedroom and bathroom.

The main bus station is 5 minutes walk, Siam park and mall is 15 minutes walk.
Airport transfers are available.

Die Lage des Objektes ist sehr gut. Allerdings ist der Bungalow schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Abfallender Putz und Risse in den Wänden und Decken sowie innen als auch außen. Mobiliar teilweise defekt und herunter gekommen. Definitiv renovierungsbedürftig. Vermieter sehr nett und bemüht.
