Holiday home of a passionate family by the sea.
Although very close to the village center the villa is located in a new neighborhood very quiet.
Inside the house the sounds that most hear is the chirping of birds and the waves of the sea.
The house has about 300 m2 spread over 3 floors, which most delights in this house is the wonderful sea view and the wide doors where the sun comes in and lights throughout the house.
In summer it is wonderful to the outdoor dining leveraging existing barbecue and grassed area.
It is available all kinds of outdoor furniture to make the most of the sun Ericeira (loungers, big sun hat, tables, chairs, hammock, rocking chair).
