About this property

The house is located in Montemaderno surrounded by greenery in a very quiet residential setting in a dominant position.
The house can accommodate up to 6 adults and 1 child in 3 comfortable double bedrooms.
It also has a private garden with a porch adjacent to the house equipped with umbrella, table and sun beds to fully enjoy relaxation and privacy. The house is spread over 4 levels:
In the basement there is a private garage.
On the ground floor there is the living room with the kitchen, the porch and the outdoor garden.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with bathroom and an external balcony.
On the second and last floor there is the third double bedroom with a panoramic view of Lake Garda.

Interaction with guests

During the stay I will be available by phone. If there is any urgent need, my mother lives adjacent to the villa in an independent apartment.

Très belle maison près du lac de garde

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille 2 adultes et 4 enfants de 8 à 13 ans. La maison est spacieuse et bien agencée en plus d'être décorée avec goût. La vue de la chambre parentale est splendide! Le jardin avec la terrasse est fort agréable pour se détendre face aux montagnes

Beautiful home, wonderful area, family friendly.

My husband, son, mother-in-law and I all stayed in this house for five nights during July. The home was lovely and had everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable. The hosts were wonderful and even provided a crib for our 2 year old. The only reason I did not give this home 5 stars is that I would have liked to be in walking distance of the busier part of town. Having said that there is a wonderful restaurant with a spectacular view, a playground and an adorable grocery store all walkable from the home. Another bonus is that the backyard was fully fenced so we could let our little boy run around without any concern of him getting into the street. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice family vacation spot.
