You arrive down a private road to the entrance electric gates, onto the wrap-around driveway. There are several parking area for 5 cars. There is a covered shaded parking for 1 car.
The large gardens comprises of Terraces, covered seating area, outside kitchen with gas BBQ, several seating areas with large table seating 16 persons, covered love seat.
The swimming pool which is 14 meters x 4 meters and 1 meter deep and graduating to 2 meters deep. , 8 poolside sun loungers, outside shower. The swimming pool and surrounding gardens all have lights for night time entertaining.
Gates leading to mountain walks.
It is a tranquil location set in a fully landscaped Mediterranean garden oasis with a country twist. A real nature lover’s paradise. But yet still only 10mins away from beaches, ports and busy towns.
At the rear of the property there are various public walking routes with breath taking views to the coast of Denia, Javea and inland to Lliber and Jalon.

We only use the garden to water the plants and swimming pool between the hour of 6.30am - 7.30am.
So the use of the garden, outside kitchen and swimming pool, are solely and private for guests.
