It is located 500 m from the supermarket, 950 m from the sandy beach, 5 km from the Aquabrava water park, 26 km from the Peralada golf course, 30 km from the AVE/TGV train station in Figueres and 70 km from Girona airport. The villa is situated within a residential complex, in a quiet area suitable for family stays.



The accommodation features a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, washing machine, barbecue, iron, internet access (wifi), electric radiator heating, air conditioning only in the living room, outdoor parking and satellite television (languages: Spanish, German, French and Russian).



The independent kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob, includes refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

Séjour impeccable. Le logement est bien équipé : tout y est!On voit la mer du logement, mais seulement de la terrasse sur le toit. Et en avril,...on a évité!Il est à 20 min à pied de la plage avec un dénivelé important au retour pour les personnes âgées.Le quartier est calme, il se situe dans un quartier plutôt résidentiel.Encore merci à l'agence de location qui m'a soigneusement renvoyé mon téléphone que j'avais oublié sur place(!), moyennant fdp bien entendu...

Quartier très calme, centre ville accessible à pied. Jardin entretenu. Maison bien équipée (cuisine, rangements…) Déco simple et jolie. Chiens acceptés. Peut-être une Clim de plus : il fait très chaud dans les chambres.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Die Strandpromenade ist zu Fuß erreichbar, wenn man gerne läuft.

Villa agréable dans Rosas

Villa bien dimensionné pour une famille, en bon état, avec une très belle vue sur l’Emporda et les Pyrénées. Sa situation permet de descendre dans le centre de Rosas à pied. Le personnel d’apart rent est très agréable et professionnel. Nous reviendrons probablement.
