The farm is located in Petra. The distance to Palma is about 45 km away, Petra go about 3 km. The nearest beaches are about 17 km away in Son Serra de Marina, a quiet summer resort with one of the most beautiful sand dune beaches of Mallorca.


The farm is a beautiful landscape in complete privacy on the route between Petra and Son Serra de Marina. The living area of ​​the cottage is about 180 square meters on two floors and the total size of the plot is approximately 14 000 square meters. The house was built in 2010. The figure has a beautiful view of the surroundings of Petra. Before the house is the approx 4,00m x 8,50m large (pool depth: 0.80 m - 1.80 m) outdoor pool with garden furniture and sun loungers, outdoor shower and sunbeds . Note: The pool has a fence that can be completely sunk in the ground if necessary. If you need the barrier of the pool to protect your children, please mention in the reservation.

Ideal mit Kindern

Wir haben 2 Wochen im Oktober in dem tollen Haus verbracht. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich nett und haben keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und wir haben alles bekommen wonach wir gefragt haben. Die Strände sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
