Beautiful stay in Mallorca

We had Miquel’s finca for 10 days. The pool and garden were wonderfully beautiful. Our little son (4 years old) splashed around in the pool every day. We always played hide and seek in the garden — it’s big enough for that. Parking directly on the property is possible but requires some skill, as the driveway is a bit narrow. We had a Cupra Formentor, and it fit. We can absolutely recommend this finca.”

Ein perfekter Urlaub, den wir gerne wiederholen

Wer materiellen Luxus sucht, ist hier wahrscheinlich nicht so gut aufgehoben – aber alle anderen, denen Werte weg vom Massentourismus wichtiger sind, wie z.B. Naturverbundenheit, Ruhe, Authentizität, dem wird es bestimmt genauso gut gefallen, wie es uns getan hat. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Sie war bei der Übergabe absolut sauber und die Familie hat uns einen herzlichen Empfang bereitet und alles erklärt. Wir können diese schöne Oase ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen. Gerade mit Kindern bietet das große Grundstück viele Abenteuer. Die Ostereiersuche unsere Kinder hat etwas länger gedauert .Ein Auto ist unbedingt zu Empfehlen. Man sollte auch keine scheu vor engen Straßen haben. Trotz der abgelegenen Lage ist man in 15 Min. im nächsten Ort, der alles bietet, was man benötigt.

Nice, but very remote..

we stayed here middle of September. communication with Miquel was great, he spoke great english, he responded quickly, and was great with checking in and being flexible and accommodating anything we needed! the house was well stocked with garbage bags, paper towel, utensils, pots/pans, water bottles, towels, and other basic needs. the property was very nice, however it was definitely dolled up in the listing photos. it was not staged like it is in the photos, and it was very dark inside. the shutters were all closed and were not super easy to open (open from the outside), especially since you are asked to close them anytime you leave the property. the beds werent very comfortable, and the quality of the sheets/towels/blankets seemed cheap. the house felt/smelled musty and like mildew and dampness. the outside was nice, but unfortunately you couldn’t stay outside for long as the mosquitoes were horrible. obviously not the property’s fault, but be aware of the mosquitoes outside (and little ants inside the house). the driveway was narrow and tricky to maneuver as there are big rocks bordering the driveway. it was pretty frustrating trying to turn our small car around in a small area with rocks all over. I would not take a big car into the driveway. the house was very remote- tucked way back off a one-way street, it was about a 15-min drive back to the house off the main road, down a windy, narrow street with TONS of bikers all the time, so don't speed. it was too remote for us.

Natur, Ruhe, Privatsphäre

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön ruhig gelegen mit einem großen Grundstück zum Erkunden und viel Privatsphäre. Bis zu den nächsten Stränden fährt man mindestens 30 Minuten. Die Unterkunft ist einfach eingerichtet, sie hat alles was man so benötigt. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit einer Dulce Gusto Kaffeemaschine und einigen Basics wie Öl, Gewürzen oder auch Kohle zum Grillen. Check-In und Kontakt zum Vermieter waren top. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Relaxing Rural Retreat

Perfect location and house for our family of five with three older children. The owners were easily contactable and helpful in every way, and the location, in a private spot with absolutely nothing overlooking the house, yet a short 20 minute or so drive into Pollença, was ideal.

Wunderbare Unterkunft!

Die Unterkunft ist herrlich! Sie ist perfekt ausgestattet und beinhaltet alles um in unserem Fall 5 Personen zu bekochen. Der Grill war auch top. Das Gelände um das Anwesen ist sehr groß und eher Naturbelassen. Der Pool ist tatsächlich so groß wie auf den Bildern Dargestellt und auch ordentlich tief. Die Unterkunft ist sehr abgelegen, man hat seine Ruhe aber ist trotzdem schnell beim Einkaufen und fährt auch nicht weit ans Meer. Wir hatten eine super Woche hier und würden uns jederzeit wieder für die Unterkunft entscheiden.

avis location aout 22 - retour expérience

1-les points négatifs: - manœuvres compliquées pour rentrer la voiture dans l'allée. (on peut néanmoins la garer dehors) - cuisine beaucoup trop petite, manque de rangements et d'équipements modernes , très peu de zones de stockage et aucun plan de travail (nous avons été obligé de prendre la table du salon et s'en servir comme table d'appoint dans la cuisine!) - pas de lave-vaisselle - seulement 1 seule des 3 chambres dispose d'un lit double, (les autres sont des lits simples) - la deuxième Sdb est trop petite. - pas de ramassage des poubelles = zone de collecte à 10kms! ( à emmener en voiture donc) - voiture indispensable car loin de tout. 2-les points positifs: - calme assuré. - pas de vis-à-vis - piscine correcte avec douche extérieure utile - BBQ en dur - propriétaire réactif En résumé: location trop chère par rapport aux prestations intérieures. Nette Finca in ruhiger Lage

Die Finca liegt sehr ruhig und ein wenig abgeschieden. Die nächsten Ortschaften und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen, die Fahrt zum Strand dauert mindestens 30 Minuten. Die Kommunikation mit dem sehr freundlichen Vermieter war hervorragend.

A wonderful holiday in Campanet

The location is perfect: very quiet and private with beautiful views of the valley and mountains beyond. It's also within reasonable driving distance from the town of Pollenca and the beaches of Port de Pollenca. The house is very clean and comfortable with air conditioning in the bedrooms.The kitchen is a little on the small side, but has everything you would expect to find in rented accommodation. What i didn't like was the double bed, it was too small and the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. The bed linen didn't fit properly and needs replacing. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay there.

Super maison au calme

La maison est basique mais bien équipée (l'équipement de la cuisine pourrait être amélioré). Son principal atout est l'environnement exceptionnel. Le calme et l'impression d'être seule au monde étaient fort appréciables. La piscine à l'eau salée n'est pas très grande mais parfaite pour se rafraîchir. Au final nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Finca mit Pool in den Bergen

Wir waren eine Woche zu Besuch. Es ist alles da, was man braucht - Pool, großer Garten und eine gut ausgestattete Finca, etwas abgelegen in den Bergen, die wir absolut empfehlen können!

Ruhiges Tramuntana

Lage ruhig aber mit dem Auto sind Pollenca und SaPobla bequem in 15 min zu erreichen. Riesiger Garten ,Dachterasse,Pool ,genügend Liegen und Stühle,Betten sind etwas unbequem halt landestüpisch, Küche klein aber alles vorhanden was gebraucht wird ,Vermieter Miquel ist immer per WhatsApp zu erreichen und sehr freundlich

Erholung pur & TOP Gastgeber

Die Finka liegt auf einem wunderschönen Grundstück, uneinsichtig, gepflegt und gleichzeitig naturbelassen. Der Besitzer ist super freundlich, kümmert sich zeitnah um alle Belange und auch im Vorfeld ist er für jede Auskunft schnell parat. Wer die Natur, die Ruhe und seinen eigenen Pool sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Auf der Dachterrasse lässt sich abends sehr stimmungsvoll unter den Sternen speisen und in den Hängematten im Schatten der Bäume chillen. Der Salzwasserpool ist sehr angenehm und nachts beleuchtet :-) Die Finka aus dem Jahr 1969 ist ländlich, rustikal eingerichtet, gleichzeitig liebevoll und absolut sauber. Die zwei Bäder sind neu gemacht! Es gibt Klimaanlagen in jedem Schlafraum. Mit dem Auto ereicht man die Nachbarorte in 10-15 Minuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen dieses Ferienhaus jedem, der die Natur liebt und seinen Grill immer schon einmal gerne am "eigenen" Pool aufstellen wollte!

Wer die Natur pur liebt.

Wer die Natur pur liebt ist hier richtg. Mittendrin , von Bergen umgeben. Die Ruhe, Stille ist gegenwärtig. Sehr schöne Anlage. Der Anbieter reagiert sofort bei jede What app Anfrage . Wenn du erfahren möchtest, wie sich das anfühlt mit der Natur eins zu sein ( besonders Nachts) mache Urlaub bei Miquel.

Drei sehr schöne und erholsame Wochen auf Mallorca

Wir verbrachten drei sehr erholsame Wochen im Oktober bei Miquel . Wir hatten bewußt ein Ferienhaus abseits der Tourismusorte in den Bergen gesucht. Das hübsche kleine Ferienhaus war für uns genau passend. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, geräumig für zwei bis vier Personen, rustikal eingerichtet und sauber, allerdings auch etwas dunkel. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Grundstück, es ist sehr groß und dank der vielen Bäume, Sträucher und Hecken kann man sich völlig frei bewegen. Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, wird das sehr schätzen. An warmen Tagen haben wir den sauberen Pool sehr gern zur Abkühlung genutzt. Gefrühstückt wurde stets auf der großen Dachterrasse wenn es das Wetter erlaubte. Für die nicht so schönen Tage hätten wir uns eine überdachte Terrasse gewünscht, so dass man sich trotzdem im Freien aufhalten kann, aber vielleicht erweitert der stets freundliche Miquel sein sehr schönes Feriendomizil um eine solche überdachte Sitzecke. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Urlaub mit einem wirklich empfehlenswerten Quartier, wir kommen gern wieder.

Lieu sublime pour un séjour idéal dans le vrai majorque

Séjour de 2 semaines dans un cadre idéal par sa surface, ses prestations et son environnement Adorable maison qui au milieu de son immense terrain arboré et rocailleux permet de profiter de la tranquillité du lieu , de ses équipements et des points de vue sur les montagnes environnantes et sur le ciel étoilé . Piscine à 26°,équipements extérieurs complets, solarium, coin ombragé sur le terrain équipé de hamacs et d'un salon "en pierre" détente assurée! Maison de caractère parfaitement équipée et ayant gardé son âme mallorquine par le choix du mobilier et de la décoration Accueil "familial" par la mère et le frère de Miquel Echanges réguliers avec Miquel toujours à l'écoute dès la réservation Un lieu idéal pour profiter et découvrir les vraies valeurs de l'ile et ses habitants A recommander pour les adeptes de vacances "nature" Marie-Rose et Patrice

My family & I had a wonderful week in a comfortable villa with a great swimming pool.

The villa is located in a very peaceful and quit location, was clean, tidy, and well presented in the traditional style. We had a walm welcome and shown all the relevent utilities. The swimming pool was well maintained and a blessing in 40 C temperature. The beds were comfortable and nicely air-conditioned, apart from the poor under sheet which kept coming off the mattress whenever you moved around. The kitchen was functional if not a bit small, but not an issue to us as we either BBQ'd or went out for a meals. Overall my family & I had a wonderful week in a comfortable villa with a great swimming pool, visiting the local beechs, water park & eating at local restaurant.

Super Finca mit toller Ausstattung

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub zu sechst. Die Finca ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Zum Strand sind es etwa 20 Minuten mit dem Auto und zum nächsten größeren Supermarkt etwa 15 Minuten. Die Finca ist super ausgestattet: Von diversen Küchengeräten bis hin zu 3 Hängematten. Letztere sind auf dem riesigen Grundstück an einem schattigen Plätzchen aufgehangen und erleichtern die Mittagshitze. Der Pool tut sein übrigens :) Die Einfahrt ist allerdings an einigen Stellen recht schmal,mit großen Autos also ggf. schwierig bis direkt vor die Haustür zu fahren. Noch ein positiver Aspekt: Jeder Raum verfügt über eine eigene Klimaanlage. Alles in allem können wir die Finca nur weiterempfehlen!
