Nine of us enjoyed a brilliant week at this fantastic home. The house is beautiful, well equipped and in a perfect location for exploring Scarborough. The host is welcoming and very pleasant to deal with. We've had a great time and hope to come back soon.

Beautiful house in great location

Lovely and spacious house, well equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, a short walk from central Scarborough. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Family 80th celebration

Brilliant house to stay as a group. Lovely house and plenty of room to accommodate a group of 12 and situated not far from the sea front.

Fabulous house in a great location.

Lovely large house in a great location. Close to the town, train station and beach. House had everything we needed and was cosy on dark November evenings. Would definitely recommend.

Holiday in Scarborough

A superb house in an excellent location for both the beach, gardens and the town itself. Set on 4 levels, it appeared nothing had been forgotten to help with our stay. The kitchen has to be seen to be believed with a lovely kitchen island ideal for any meal. There was plenty of room to cater for 3 generations of our family whilst we stayed there. I would thoroughly recommend this property as an excellent place to stay.

Location , property and facilities were absolutely brilliant. The house itself is beautiful as is everything in it. Can not recommend it highly enough. The owners have clearly thought of everything and deserve the highest praise possible

Spacious grand house for friends

Lovely spacious property over-looking a small park. Set over four floors. Lots of rooms, lots of bathrooms, fabulously well equipped kitchen. Five minute walk to the beach or train station, 10 minutes to the town centre. Well decorated, lots of hot water and good pressure in the showers. Would stay again.

We had an extended family stay for a family birthday.. The house is beautiful, spacious and well equipped. Plenty of space to be together or have a bit of space apart with 3 separate living spaces Easy access to the sea front and town as well. It was perfect for us and surpassed our expectations. Thanks

Kings House is perfect for a large group, we were a family group of ten, the bedroom layout was perfect and there is more than enough social space, so we never felt crowded. The kitchen is well equipped and having two fridges and two dishwashers was a great bonus. The parking permits worked really well and we never had a problem finding a space, we had three cars with us. Communication with the owner was excellent. We would definitely recommend Kings House.

Perfect house for birthday celebration

The house is just perfect. Very clean well furnished and the kitchen had lots of equipment and utensils. Such a spacious house with lots of different rooms to relax in. The dining room was plenty big enough for the 9 of us to sit round the table. Location perfect for the South Cliff of Scarborough. Just a very short walk from the beach and the Spa Theatre. Anne the owner was extremely helpful during the booking process and in the lead up to our arrival. Lovely house, perfect for a family holiday.

The house was in a great location and provided excellent accommodation for our family of nine people. The children aged 3 and 1 loved the toy room and the large kitchen was great for informal gatherings. Super bathrooms, plenty of hot water and comfortable beds. NewYear & 50th Birthday Celebrations

The house was fantastic, spotlessly clean with loads of mugs as we like our cups of tea!!! And room for everyone! The PlayStation 2 was a big hit with the teenagers, twenty somethings and my husband too! We had the most wonderful time! Fantastic Stay

Beautiful house in a fantastic location (5 mins from the beach/seafront) very spacious property and very well equipped... there was 10 in our group and was plenty big enough.... very enjoyable weekend, 3 generations celebrating my mum’s 70th Birthday.... highly recommend this property, will definitely be returning... thank you.

Excellent Property in a Great Location

6 Adults, 5 Kids and a Dog. Family reunion to celebrate a Birthday. Layout of House allows all to gather together or do their own thing as well. Standard of fixtures and fittings was superb with plenty of essentials supplied. Scarborough has lots to keep all ages entertained. Great communications and service from Anne the owner. Would definitely return.

Kings House Scarborough.

Kings house was just perfect and would highly recommend it. The decor was first class and a big plus was having all the shower and toilet facilities. Ideal for families and friends. The owner was so friendly and helpful.

Amazing house, great position. Well equipped and so spacious, even better than we expected.

Booked for 12 (10 in the end) friends to celebrate a 60th. Couldn't have chosen better. Even the weather was fab for autumn. The only negative was that we had emailed and booked Tricolore Italian for the Saturday, months ago, however when my friend rang to double check, they claimed to have no booking, even though she had a confirmation email. We won't be going to that restaurant again!! Definitely recommend the property for large groups who want to have excellent accommodation
