Located in Prijevorac, just outside of Petrovac, the apartment is located at a private villa with a breathtaking view over Lucice Bay and one of Montengro’s most beautiful beaches.

This modern, spacious (34 sq m) studio offers a large double bed, sofa for 2 guests, kitchen area with everything provided for your cooking. The apartment has a total capacity of 3 guests.
The studio gives on a big shared terrace where you can sunbathe or relax enjoying the view.

Petrovac’s central and coastal location is ideal for anyone looking for peaceful rest and wanting to be within close proximity of all of Montenegro’s major attractions, 15 minutes from the luxurious enclave Sveti Stefan, and nestled in between the larger coastal towns Budva to the north and Bar to the south.

Lucice beach is just a 15 -20 minute walk away. The villa offers free parking space, wi-fi and there is a homely restaurant next-door where you can try delicious local food.
Out the back you can witness cascading mountain waterfalls.

We enjoy self catering holidays and have used HomeAway for several years. This is an immaculate property ideal for 2 people. Petrovac is a short drive from the property and has a good selection of supermarkets and restaurants to cater for your needs. The property proved to be a good location for us to explore Skadar Lake and the coastline. Not all that was listed on the property specification was provided - there is no oven, no coffee machine and kitchen utensils were sparse. The property has a beautiful balcony with a sea view and sunsets were lovely. We had a good holiday and enjoyed Montenegro.

miły i udany pobyt

Zdecydowaną zaletą apartamentu jest jego położenie zapewniające widok na morze z tarasu i okien. Schludnie, czyściutko i zadbanie. Wyposażenie jest pełne i wystarczające, niczego nam nie brakowało. Jeśli coś było potrzebne właściciel donosił. Trzeba mieć na uwadze, że obiekt położony jest przy ruchliwej drodze co niestety jest dość uciążliwe szczególnie w nocy, gdy śpi się przy otwartych oknach. Z tego też względu odpadają piesze spacery do centrum Petrovac. My wszędzie jeździliśmy samochodem. Wielkim atutem jest duży taras, jednak przy pełnym obłożeniu korzystają z niego jednocześnie 4 rodziny. My akurat trafiliśmy na bardzo miłe sąsiedztwo więc nie było problemów, ale nie wyobrażam sobie sytuacji gdy wszyscy jednocześnie chcą usiąść do śniadania lub kolacji, dzieląc przestrzeń z biegającymi dziećmi. Ogólnie jako baza wypadowa, dla osób, które przemieszczają się samochodem ok

Voici nos premières vacances au Monténégro terminées. Excellent séjour. Appartement très propre. L emplacement est idéal ... 10-15mn à pieds de la mer ( emprunter le petit chemin qui passe au dessus de la route ). Une très belle terrasse élément Les plus belles plages ( avis personnel) sont à proximité et surtout on s’y rend sans embouteillage ( contrairement à Budva par exemple) La bifurcation pour aller au lac est proche également. Donc très belle expérience. ..je ne peux donc que recommander. Encore merci pour tout Celine et Olivier

My name's Lena and I'm helping my father manage our villa in Petrovac. 10 years ago he came to Montenegro for the first time and fell in love with this country. He has since built this villa, so it's more like our family's ''baby''. The villa is entirely new, finished in 2027.

Why they chose this property

Our villa is divided in 7 separate flats - some are bigger, some are smaller. It's owned by our family and we take great care of the building and make sure that our guests feel at home.

What makes this property unique

The villa is quiet, it offers an absolutely breathtaking view on the Lucice bay, which is famous for its gorgeous sunsets.
The villa also offers view on the mountain behind which has a refreshing waterfall that you can hear during the night.
