LOCATION: In the Centre of Vilamoura, 50 metres from Vilamoura Marina, 300 metres from Marina Beach and 100 metres from Vilamoura Congress Centre.

In the building there is a supermarket (Jafers open from April to October) and a café/restaurant (Petúnia closed every Monday)

Within a 500-metre radius, there is a wide range of commerce and services.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Apartment in a residential building, located on the 7th floor with up to 4 service elevators.

The apartment is practical and comfortable, accommodates up to 6 guests, with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living room with balcony overlooking the pool, marina and sea. Air-conditioned, free WiFi, free private outdoor parking, shared outdoor children's and adult swimming pool, shared indoor pool (heated from 15 October to 15 April), shared gym.

Ideal for couples or small families (children and babies are welcome), in the centre of Vilamoura and a few metres from the main points of interest, perfect for those who want to avoid using a car and want to be just steps away from everything.

It is not allowed to leave rubbish or unwashed dishes on the property after check out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged

If the rules are not complied with, guests may be expelled from the accommodation, without the right to a refund



SAFETY AND FORMALITIES:

•Payment of DAMAGE DEPOSIT (300€) via secure method, refundable up to 14 days after check-out if no damage is identified.

•SEF (Foreigners and Borders Service) Mandatory to provide identification of all foreign guests to the property manager

•TOURIST TAX charged to all guests aged 16 and over.

Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.

Bed and bath linen washed at a minimum of 60 degrees.

Fantastic apartment , fantastic host in Abilio (Billy). Stunning view.

Spent 4 nights in this beautiful apartment, very spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Loved sitting on the huge balcony watching the sun go down. A huge thanks to Abilio for his friendliness and his personal touch when we arrived and when we left. Would definitely recommend this apartment and will certainly be returning in the near future.

Great experience in an ideal location. However the interior could be updated in the living area and it also stated there is English channels on the TV but it’s non existent- this normally wouldn’t matter but with a sick child it was a long day.- however in saying all this I would stay here again. The management company was excellent.

Localização espetacular com vista da Marina Vilamoura, mar e praias de Vilamoura e da Falésia. Localização a 5 minutos da praia de Vilamoura e 2 minutos da Marina. mobiliário da varanda. Um tolde seria interessante pois o sol incide até tarde sobre a varanda. a mesa e cadeiras não estão em condições de uso.

Já sou Cliente há muitos anos e conheço bem a localização e a vista soberba. Alguns aspetos relativos à decoração deste Apt 707 poderiam ser melhorados. Tem duas mesas de comer na Sala sem necessidade, e um Sofá muito antigo. Alguns móveis de cozinha começam a apresentar o peso da idade.
