The villa is a modern Thai villa located on a flat level plot at the top of Bophut Hill with stunning sea views out over the north coast bays and within a five minute drive of the beach, bars and restaurants at Fisherman’s village. The villa has 3 en suite bedrooms, living room and modern kitchen, an outside covered sofa sala, a 12 metre natural stone infinity pool with additional paddling area. Off road secure parking. The villa is air conditioned throughout. The living room has a 75 inch LED Smart TV with Netflix and IPTV offering a huge choice of tv channels and movies on demand. Wifi throughout.
The villa is mainly arranged over one level.
Only a 5 minute drive to Fisherman's village bars ,and the newer completed "The Wharf" offering nightlife, pubs, restaurants and beach and the villa is also only 10 minutes to Chaweng beach and nightlife.
There is a 9 hole golf course within 5 minutes and under 15 minutes to the 18 hole Santiburi championship golf course. Central festival shopping mall with a great selection of shops and restaurants and state of the art cinema is a 10 minute drive away. A great all round location with stunning views.

Please be aware you will need a car to get around as we are located at the top of Bophut Hill. This is only around 10 minutes drive to Bophut or Chaweng beach for example. We can arrange a taxi service for you as an option to get around.

The villa is offered on a self catering basis to make it enjoyable to more customers at a lower rental cost. Food delivery options are available by Food Panda and Grab apps who will deliver all kinds of food options and general shopping items available on the app.

The villa is kept tidy daily and linens are changed every few days.

Home from home in Samui

Excellent villa, well looked after. All amenities and very relaxing property with good pool. Great views over Bophut and the sea. A car is a must although taxis are possible. One drawback is the narrow road to the top of the hill, but you quickly get used to the short and quiet drive up. Close to the attractions of Fisherman's village with restaurants, bars and the beach.

Excellent location with a great view.

We have stayed a week, 2 families with 4 kids from 8 to 12. The house is very comfortable, with large spaces. The view is absolutely breathtaking and the area is very quiet and peaceful. A cook can help you with lunches and dinners. The taxi driver is available for any ride. The house being quite isolated you will need to count on Mr Moo and pay for his taxi.

Thanks Thierry for your review. Very pleased you all had a great holiday and enjoyed the villa and service. I always recommend guests in a large group to use Mr Moo to get around as he uses the taxi van and it s easier than trying to rent 2 cars for example. As Fishermans Wharf and Village is only 5 minutes away and Chaweng beach around 10 minutes , it works out cheaper and more convenient especially on shorter breaks. Being at the top of Bophut Hill we have the wonderful views ,but also fairly close to everything. Very welcome to come again.

Von Tag eins an haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es wurde sich immer um unsere belange gekümmert und jedes Problem wurde sofort abgestellt und erledigt. Einige Sachen im Haus sind schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber das ändert nichts daran, dass wir nicht nochmal buchen würden. Alles andere überwiegte diesen Punkt. Die Lage war ein Traum. Kleiner Nachteil für unsere zwei kleinen Töchter war, das wahrscheinlich auf Grund der Lage des Hausen oben auf dem Berg, der Pool sehr kalt war. Zur Abfrischung sehr schön, aber zum ganztägigen Baden gab es viel Gänsehaut. Aber wie schon gesagt es waren traumhafte 5 Woche. Immer wieder gern. Danke an alle, die dafür mitgewirkt haben.

Schöne Villa mit tollem Blick über Samui

Sehr schöne Villa mit grossem Swimming-Pool und super Ausblick. Die Villa liegt auf der Kuppe eines Hügels, mit dem Scooter oder einem Auto problemlos zu erreichen. Das Objekt ist sehr gepflegt, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unseres Erachtens absolut in Ordnung. Die Villa würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Hill top getaway in Samui

Perfict stay for families who enjoy vaca without other tourists. Yes, we do like buzzy coctail bars and restaurants, but when You exchausted abt it , You can leave and enjoy stay in 180 degree panorama at bophut Talay seaview villa which is spectacular . Breakfast ready in every morning is great when You are in holidays and dont need to wash dishes :) happy wife happy life 😉 And the view ; wht You see in your eyes is more beautiful than Photos in vrbo !! So be ready for wow effect .

Fantastic all round. Booking, liaising with Ray, airport pickup and staff all just brilliant. Beautiful view and able to appreciate it whilst wallowing in the beautiful pool! Very spacious property and the breakfast was superb.Sao out did herself each day. Paradise found: the satellite was able to let us watch England beat New Zealand. Would thoroughly recommend this property to everyone.

Fabulous villa and stay

What a beautiful villa! We had great views and a very spacious accommodation. Outside space and pool had breathtaking views. The house staff (Ms. Sao and Ay) took great care of us with a huge home cooked breakfast each morning, and keeping everything clean and tidy every day which was something we didn't expect. Ray was very responsive and Ms. Sao helped us out when we had any questions. Only thing to note is you will need a car or to take taxis to go out as the villa is on top of a hill. Highly recommend!

Wow, what a fabulous villa

We stayed here for a week to attend a family wedding at the Four Seasons. The pictures don’t do the villa justice, the view is one of the best on the island, and benefits from a nice breeze being so high up the hill. We arranged for Sao and Ayy to cook for us on the night of our arrival, and it was so good and such good value I think it spoilt us for the rest of the week. The cooked breakfast is also another highlight. I have never seen so many different ways of cooking eggs for 5 people. Ray was always very quick to come back to any quieries we may have had, and we used the services of Mr Moo the villa taxi service who was brilliant shuttling us around to the different functions we had to attend. We have used HomeAway before but this is one of best experiences ever. My mother was spending the next week in a hotel on the beach but did not want to leave. Thanks Ray for the use of your fantastic home.

Awesome!

We have spent almost a week in this villa and we could have stayed much longer. We really enjoyed the comfort and the exquisite charm of the house and the pool. We lived in luxury with a kind and helpful staff (Sao and Ay) responding to all our needs and have had excellent communication with the owner M. Strong. Some things are good to know prior to renting the house: it is remote and you will definitely need a car (or the services of M. Moo, the taxi driver M. Strong recommended, if you don't plan to move that much). The magnificent Mae Nam beach is only 10 minutes drive from the villa; it was our favorite. We recommend this quiet, well decorated, house for a family, but not with very yound children as the swimming pool is not adapted to the youngest children.

SUPERBE VILLA SUR LES HAUTEURS

Séjour magnifique !!! La villa est exceptionnelle. Les photos reflètent la réalité, séjour à refaire, c’est vrai vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! Personnel aux petits soins, toujours disponible et sympathique. Bien situé à côté du "Fisherman village". Beaux volumes dans les chambres, la piscine avec vue grandiose sur la baie, une terrasse agréable pour les petits déjeuners servis à l'heure voulue, salle de fitness…! Le propriétaire, Ray Strong, est facilement disponible et toute son équipe aussi. Cependant attention aux «défauts mineurs » : parasol (1 seul, vieillissant !) coupures d’eau et électricité !! Voiture, scooter obligatoires.... Mais, malgré cela un séjour fabuleux ! Famille Poirot

Great relaxing place - our family of six did not want to leave at the end of our 11 day stay.

The villa is perfect for family get away, great pool, great views, great hospitality - We were well looked from start to finish of our stay. The location has great views from the pool deck, and layout of villa really worked well for our family. Daily breakfast was great prepared to suit your schedule. Also having driver Mr Moo available to call and shuttle us around took the stress out of planning our daily trips out around Koh Samui. Highly recommend Evans Family from Hong Kong

Superbe!!!

Séjour magnifique!!! Personnel aux petits soins, toujours disponible en cas de besoin et sympathique avec des petits déjeuners copieux servis à l'heure souhaitée, lessive réalisée sous 48h etc... La villa est exceptionnelle, bien situé à côté notamment du "fisherman village", avec de beaux volumes dans les chambres, la piscine avec vue sur la baie, une cuisine très fonctionnelle et bien équipée, une terrasse très agréable pour le farniente et j'en passe! Le propriétaire est disponible pour répondre à nos attentes (nous avons appelé la veille pour le lendemain pour avoir une prestation spéciale pour l'anniversaire d'une amie et nous n'avons pas été déçu!). A noter qu'un téléphone est mis à disposition pour joindre les personnes du staff à tout moment notamment le chauffeur de taxi qui peut vous emmener n'importe où sur l'île moyennant une somme raisonnable. Bref, les photos reflètent vraiment la réalité, séjour à refaire, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés! Merci encore à Ray Strong et à toute son équipe pour ce fabuleux séjour!
