Located in the stunning grounds of the Gleneagles Hotel and Resort lies our newly renovated luxury home which sleeps 10 people. Comprising of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living rooms and an adjacent den. The property also has its own private garden and small wood. Feel part of the hotel in your own private setting. We have been awarded a 5* rating from the Scottish Tourist Board for every year since 2013.

Access to the many dining and leisure facilities of Gleneagles Hotel and Resort as follows: Four magnificent golf courses, including the 2014 Ryder Cup course. First class hotel restaurants & bars. Shooting. Falconry. Horse riding. Hill walking. Spa & Wellness Centre. Mountain biking. Gundog school. Dog training. Off-road driving. Fishing. Wildlife photography. We recommend you pre-book all activities directly with the resort prior to your arrival.

Please note that our property sits in a quiet neighbourhood area and any guests visiting the property must abide by the following rules:
1. The gardens are communal. Whilst dogs are permitted they must be on a lead and all mess must be cleaned up. Please also be respectful of our neighbours' property and privacy.
2. A maximum of 3 cars may be parked on the driveway. Cars must not be parked on grass or on the communal road at Balmoral Court.
3. No ball games are permitted at any time
4. No outside activities or loud music after 10pm at night.

Excellent communication with the owners and Laura who met us to let us in and show us around the property. Great location right next door to Gleneagles Hotel. Comfy beds and plenty of bathrooms, hot water etc. Lovely house with good layout. Couple of issues which Laura replied to as soon as I messaged her. The property could probably do with a little upgrade/modernising but we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely wonderful

Great property, beautiful location. Ideal for a long overdue family get-together. The little welcome pack was really helpful but possibly could have been local unprocessed produce and perhaps having tools for the BBQ and not having to bring our own charcoal would have been useful. However these are small things and I don't think we could have had a better couple of days away.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at Gleneagles. The property was spacious, clean and exactly as described. Excellent location for exploring the wonderful local area and perfect for using the facilities at Gleneagles Hotel. We had a dog with us and the property was excellent for this with a large kitchen and utility room. We saw lovely wildlife in the garden including deer, squirrels and rabbits. The bedding could have been a better quality and our bed wasn’t comfortable. The kitchen was on a different level from the lounge making it a little unwieldy for children. Some mould in the bath/bath screen we used. Overall good but stopped short of excellent. The nearness of the hotel and hotel facilities has to be its saving grace.

Unbelievable house

What a weekend we had. We couldn't believe the house was on the grounds of Gleneagles hotel itself so that alone was a nice surprise but the house itself was incredible. So big and spacious and super clean. Loved how quiet it was, no annoying neighbors. We had a garden picnic and it was so enjoyable and no one to bother us. We will be back

Lovely house located within very close proximity to Gleneagles Hotel. House was very clean, very well equipped, dog friendly, and a welcome pack’ filled with delicious treats was left on kitchen worktop. Laura was so welcoming and helpful and could not have done more! We certainly hope to return- and so does our very special canine boy! (The only issue was the path to the front door was incredibly icy one evening and made walking on it almost impossible- a handrail to hold onto would be a most beneficial addition.)

What a lovely house in the fabulous grounds of the Gleaneagles estate. House is very well equipped and set in excellent surroundings. Communication with the owners and their agents was excellent in particular Laura & Barbara who on help with questions before arrival and during our stay. Weather for our trip wasn’t the best but that didn’t detract from the great weekend we had. If the hotel isn’t your choice for food and drink there is an excellent bistro in Auchterarder only a few miles away Max & Ben’s Bistro serving lunch and dinner, Mimi’s Tea room in the village is also a worthwhile visit, afternoon tea £14.95 and it was excellent.

What makes this property unique

Welcome Hamper for our guests on arrival.

We allow up to 2 dogs to stay in the house for an additional fee of £25 per pet (to cover cleaning afterwards). This is on condition that the dogs remain downstairs in the property and sleep in the utility room.

The house has a good-sized garden and a small wood. The local area is also perfect for dog walking. Please let us know in advance if you plan on bringing your pet.
