Very nice. Very convenient location to downtown, check in was easy, owner responded quickly to questions prior to our trip and was easy to work with. Check out process was easier and more convenient than some other places we have stayed. Overall had a great experience.

The condo was perfect for two couples to share. It was beautiful, well equipped, and very walkable to downtown Nashville. Loved having the gym to use every morning.

Great Location Close to Downtown

The bedrooms were great blinds kept the light out but not the sound of the multiple trains coming by as early as 5:00am in the morning or the boat horns. Parking was great as you were in a covered garage and no neighbors above you making noise. But you might hear some yelling and fighting from the homeless encampment that you get a great veiw from all of the windows and balcolny.

Great location in downtown Nashville

We loved this property. Condo was very clean, well appointed, easy check-in/out. Beautiful views of river and city from the balcony. We were able to walk to lower Broadway and Bridgestone arena easily. Just note- it is mostly downhill from condo to downtown, so be prepared for the uphill going back. Would definitely stay here again.

Mill Run

First day there maintenance man came to fix broken shower head, he never returned…on the surface looks nice, Bleach stains on blanket, cob webs all over balcony, sheets were so wrinkled we had to wash them before sleeping on them, unit is very DUSTY….needs a deep clean, as a vacation owner myself it is the little things that matter…..I would rate this property a 3.
