A Direct lake view 3 bedroom lodge, with south facing decking to lake.

Stunning 3 bedroom south facing lake house with direct and impressive water views. This lovely holiday home is located on Spring Lake within The Cotswolds Water park.

This lovely home from home has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern lounge with open plan kitchen which is ideal for entertaining and enjoying time together.

The decking is south facing and has direct water views and access down to the lake area or you can simply watch the water sports from the comfort of the decking. There is a onsite play park and Brassiere - you can book your water sports at the brassiere ( payable ) or simply enjoy a glass of wine as you watch other's attempt the water sports. - Bbq is present

The lounge has views to the lake and has a TV with Freeview and a selection of DVDs, there is a modern kitchen and breakfast bar plus a dining table for 6.

There are 2 bathrooms one on each level of the house. Upstairs there is a modern bathroom with bath. There is a master bedroom with king size bed and direct views to the lake.

Bedroom 3 and 4 can be either a double in each bedroom or 1 single in each bedroom, with regret we cannot supply 2 singles in each room due to the style of beds.

The property has double glazing and electric heating.

The lake is a quiet lake and is near to Devere hotel (formallyThe Four Pillars hotel Spa. )There are over 100 lakes nearby with many activity's ranging from water sports to fishing and of course the unique Cotswold beach and park.

Cirencester is a 10 minute drive a way and is ideal for a stroll around the unique shops and coffee shops.

Butts Rare breed Farm is 5 minutes by car, if you are felling a bit for energetic the local bike hire can deliver hire bikes to the lodge (payable )for you to use to explore the beautiful countryside.

Regret no pets allowed at this lake house due to allergies this is a strict no pets due to this.

The decking has sunlounger , parasols, table and chairs.
(Please note furniture may vary and there is a charcoal bbq )

There is a gate leading to lake that has a padlock should guests require - but guests with children are requested to take care.

Note - please ask about short notice breaks before booking ie within 48 hours due to turnarounds. We will try our best to get you in. This is dependent on day and time of year.

Amazing location for watersport lovers!

We've spent a fabulous 6 days at the property. Communication with Maryam was great and the check-in, and out, were straightforward. The house was as described, spotlessly clean, and the location was absolutely amazing. We'd brought our teenage grandsons away for a short break, and they had a brilliant time Wakeboarding on the lake. We watched them sometimes from the lovely private decking, which backs directly next to the lake, and other times from the Brasserie, a 2 minute walk away, and which served delicious food. The house had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable, except that one grandson did complain that the matress on his bed was very thin, although it didn't seem to stop him sleeping! We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay, and would all love to return. was was great and the check-in eas

Lovely house, great location

The house was perfect for the 3 of us, beautifully appointed and with everything you need for a stay in the Cotswolds Water Park area, whether you cook, eat in, get take out or want to eat out in one of the great pubs nearby. 3 bedrooms, a good living space, well stocked kitchen and a lovely outdoor deck where you can watch the waterskiing, the birdlife or chat with neighbouring guests.

Great Stay Great Location

We had a wonderful time. The property was very comfortable and was as shown in photos. We had to communicate with the owner on the first night and got a prompt reply and helpful replies. We hope to rent this property again later next year.

Fantastic

This is a lovely property and really well equipped. Maryam was quick to respond to my message and the check-in/out instructions were very clear. The property is very well located, with a lot of water sports and restaurants within walking distance. We stayed there a week and walked to a different place every morning for breakfast. We'd definitely stay here again.

Lovely little property. Super clean. Stocked with absolutely everything you'd need. Bedrooms could do with wall hung mirrors above sockets and main bedroom floor very noisy. But other then those two points, place is fab

A perfect change of scene

This house was great for all of us. The teenagers only required Wifi to be happy, but the adults loved the location for water sports, cycling, running, walking and a spot of sightseeing. We all loved watching the ski boats on the lake and the deck was the perfect place to sit on a sunny evening and have a G&T. The Lakeside restaurant was also very handy and does great quality food that the whole family can enjoy. The house was well appointed and it was a lovely place to be.

Hi Tracy Thank you for your comments and I’m glad you had a good stay. We appreciate feedback from guests. We have ordered new mattresses and I’m sorry you felt the fridge was small, it’s a normal size under counter fridge and not a tall one. The bedrooms can either be a single or a double and this is always a guests decision. I’m glad you liked the area - it truly is a stunning setting. We hope you liked the new broad and we had installed and had a safe flight home with lots of memory’s. Best wishes and many thanks
