The beach front luxury property with private pool and beautiful large landscaped garden is situated just 50 meters from the sea. This villa is situated in a private location and is walled with natural stone. The garden includes a private swimming pool (5 x 10m) with roman steps, and outdoor bar and a large covered veranda with billiard. The finishing and decoration inside and out are all of the highest quality and latest design.

This beach front accomodation has the benefit of walking distance to several taverns and bars, a small supermarket and a kiosk. The area offers plenty opportunity for water sports, fishing and other outdoor activities. The villa sleeps up to 8, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathroom, It has three Double bedrooms and one Twin bedroom. It provides also Cots. Air con in the 4 bedrooms (extra charge at 8 EURO per unit per day). Car advise. Parking space for 2 cars.

About Argaka village : The tranquil and traditional village of Argaka offer a touch of rural heaven, and an idyllic setting from which to enjoy the famous Cypriot hospitality and magnificent sunsets. A charming church and small selection of local taverns are within easy reach, and the nearest secluded beaches are just a short walk and more beaches in short drive away. The nearby resorts of Latchi and Polis offer a busier atmosphere filled with people and local amenities including cafes, shops and restaurants. At the small harbor in nearby Pomos you’ll also find traditional taverns scattered along the coastline.

About Polis : Polis is an ideal resort to experience a taste of the ‘real Cyprus’. A small, traditional town bursting with Cypriot culture, life here revolves around the main town square with its cafes, fish restaurants, tavernas and small number of shops. The nearest beach is a short distance from the main square, where you’ll find quiet, sandy shores dotted with a small selection of amenities.

Lovely villa for some winter sun

Villa is brilliantly laid out and sleeps 8 comfortably. Great sunsets from the balcony over the hills north of Paphos. Bit difficult to find - basically it’s off the gravel driveway just before the 50 signs after Liza’s place. Some of the fixtures and fittings (the downstairs bed that creaks, a broken door upstairs) need some maintenance, but overall we had a lovely stay. The nearby Santa Barbara beachside taverna was the best walkable place to eat and drink in our opinion

Large family villa

This villa is large with a big pool. Suitable for 5 - 6 adults . Near a beach and restaurant. A very busy noisy road between the villa and the beach. Extremely difficult to find as no signposts in the road and the instructions we were given are incorrect. We eventually had to go into a cafe and ask if they knew where it was. It was late at night so luckily they we're helpful. There was no book of instructions in the villa about the TV, cooker, safes, how to get hot water which was often cold, emergency services number etc etc. The kitchen is very poorly equipped for cooking and eating. We would have liked plastic glasses for round the pool so eventually bought them ourselves. The owner lives next door and was very helpful.

Awesome place to stay. No A/C downstairs though. It was bearable for Oct but summer time would have been miserable. Additional towels for the pool would have been helpful. Uncomfortable beds. Toaster didn’t work. Overall a wonderful experience. The positives outweighed the negatives.

Overall stay was nice

The property was beautiful but was missing a few amminaties such as cooking trays, milk for when we arrived, basic cleaning products, more toilet paper, bin bags etc. Aircon is a must, we arrived late at night and the villa was very hot and humid and was not able to get the aircon switched on until the next day. We was there for 9 days, website states that bed linen, towels should have been changed weekly, however this did not happen during our stay. Pool and BBQ facilities were great as well as local bars and restaurants. Highly recommend highering a vehicle as lots to see and do and local supermarket is a fair walk and would advice driving to the next town for large suppermarket. We had a lovely holiday.

The villa was really good but really spoiled by the lack of air conditioning or any cooling in the downstairs living area. We really couldn't use any of this space. The villa would have been perfect with this addition. The shower in the twin upstairs room was very small and in poor repair

Perfect location, wonderful villa

We just return from a fantastic holiday. The villa was excellent. We could not think of a more perfect location with the beach and pool providing perfect entertainment for us and our children. The view from the terraces is just breath-taking especially at sunset. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Overall, a lovely villa

Lots of good points: The villa is very spacious, comfortable and well appointed with lovely gardens that aren’t overlooked. The owners live nearby and were round in a flash when we needed anything. There are two open tavernas (this review written in January) just under a mile down the road, one of which (Coast) offers excellent Cypriot home cooking and the other (Fly Again Irish Bar) has a fine line in burgers and beers. Walking to each and back along the seafront was very pleasant indeed. The location was a nice neighbourhood with two small supermarkets a couple of hundred yards beyond the tavernas. There is a fabulous fireplace - essential at this time of year. The beds, sofas and chairs are all very comfy. And a few niggles: there is a moderately busy road between the villa and the beach and you can hear the cars as well as the sea, though the traffic seems to stop by about 11pm. You can also hear barking dogs, which are kept outside. There are a few details that could be improved, such as towel rails in the bathrooms (probably not an issue in summer), and the kitchen knives encouraged us to eat out (but per above the local options are excellent and good value for money). Overall, if you aren’t too noise sensitive this is an very nice villa even out of season. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
