NEWLY RENOVATED PENTHOUSE APARTMENT MARINA SMIR MOROCCO STUNNING VIEWS

This client reported to me via email that the air con and the washing machine weren’t working,I contacted the agent to inform him in order to fix the problems as quickly as possible,I received several other emails from the client over the next few days saying that nobody had called and he wanted a refund,I contacted the agent again,who informed me that he had sent a maintenance team on three separate occasions and on each occasion the client told them that all was well,nothing needed repairing,he also refused entry to the maintenance team,I informed customer services at Vrbo to alert them of the conversations between myself and the client,on the day this client vacated the apartment I had another booking due to arrive the same day,I contacted them prior to arrival to inform them of my concerns and that if they had any issues to inform myself and the agent immediately,they replied that everything was working,they enjoyed a 13 night stay at my apartment and afterwards gave a glowing review of my apartment and also my communications with them,so to conclude,the maintenance team had not entered the property to carry out repairs either during the clients stay or afterwards,and yet the following client reported no issues,i will leave it to you to arrive at your own conclusions. Ce client m'a signalé par e-mail que la climatisation et la machine à laver ne fonctionnaient pas, j'ai contacté l'agent pour l'informer afin de résoudre les problèmes le plus rapidement possible, j'ai reçu plusieurs autres e-mails du client au cours des prochaines jours en disant que personne n'avait appelé et qu'il voulait un remboursement, j'ai recontacté l'agent, qui m'a informé qu'il avait envoyé une équipe de maintenance à trois reprises et à chaque fois, le client leur a dit que tout allait bien, rien à réparer, il également refusé l'entrée à l'équipe de maintenance, j'ai informé les services clients de Vrbo pour les alerter des conversations entre moi et le client, le jour où ce client a quitté l'appartement j'avais une autre réservation qui devait arriver le même jour, je les ai contactés avant arrivée pour les informer de mes préoccupations et que s'ils avaient des problèmes pour m'informer et informer l'agent immédiatement, ils ont répondu que tout fonctionnait, ils ont passé un séjour de 13 nuits dans mon appartement et ont ensuite donné un revi élogieux ew de mon appartement et aussi mes communications avec eux, donc pour conclure, l'équipe de maintenance n'était pas e

Thank you Laetitia for taking the time to submit a review of my apartment,it’s obvious from conversations I had with you during your stay that you thoroughly enjoyed staying in my apartment and the resort of Marina Smir,we were in contact at several points during your holiday as I like to be able to assist guests from the initial moment an enquiry arrives,and throughout the holiday until the moment they are travelling home. As far as I can tell the only issue was regarding extra linen which we were able to resolve very quickly by liaising with the agent.

Reda is from Paris and booked to stay for three weeks with his family,after confirming his booking his brother also enquired about staying with his family,I was able to secure him another apartment in the same complex,in order that they could all enjoy a fabulous holiday together,I take great pride in reply to enquiries within an hour of receiving them,and always endeavour to do my very best to ensure my clients have an enjoyable,relaxing,and trouble free holiday,liaising with my agent to fix any problems which clients may possibly come across during their stay,so that they can get back to what they are supposed to be there for in the first instance,enjoyment and relaxation.

Hallo Rudolf, schließt Leider ist der Pool auf 6.00, um mit Chemikalien täglich zu behandeln und es ist immer montags geschlossen ist, haben wir, um den Filter Zeit zur Erholung zu geben gesagt worden, zuvor Clients konnte den Pool im Komplex neben uns liegt nutzen , aber dies liegt im Ermessen des Sicherheitspersonals. Ich hoffe, dass dies nicht auf die Freude an Ihrem Urlaub auswirken. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Robin Hi Rudolf,Unfortunately the pool closes at 6pm in order to treat with chemicals daily and it is always closed on Mondays,we have been told in order to give the filters time to recover,previously clients could use the pool at the complex situated beside ours,but this is at the discretion of the security staff. Mostafa stayed for 5 nights from the 1st february with his family,they were my first booking of 2015,my agent was in contact with him after i supplied his contact details,and between us,we ensured that they had an enjoyable time on holiday iny apartment and the resort of Marina Smir.
