Family detached villa with private pool, set in a quiet residential area within walking distance of the great shops and Restaurants of Villamartin Plaza. The beautiful grounds boast everything you need for a carefree holiday, including an outside kitchen with large gas bbq, fridge/freezer, drinks cooler, all set under a picturesque shaded gazebo,by the side of the large welcoming 8 x4 private pool. There are numerous seating areas for you to enjoy,plus sun-beds for topping up your tan. All is centred around outside living, enjoying the true Mediterranean lifestyle, until it's time to retire to bed or enjoy a night on the town. Note: on arrival a ‘meet and greet’ charge will apply.

A week in paradise

This little villa has everything you need for either a couple or a small family. The outdoor space is definitely bigger than the inside but thats what we wanted. The pool was amazing. This place is in a great location with easy access to bars and restaurants.

Another great holiday at this Villa. This was our 4th visit and there will likely be a 5th. Great location and central in our opinion to Bars and Restaurants in every directon. Our holidays are based on being outside and this villa has everything you need with a spacious outside area and large pool. Perfect!! Also an excellent meet and greet service..

Perfect Covid Escape

Our second visit in 4 years to this Villa and it was even better than the first, due to the aircon unit in the bedroom and the meet and greet service. This villa has everything you need and is in a great location for exploring and is close to all amenities. Pool area was immaculate and private. We will definitely be revisiting, why would we go anywhere else!! A great holiday in a great villa, in a great location.

Great Location

We thoroughly enjoy our stay at Orihuela Costa. The location was perfect for us, with an excellent bar and grill at very close proximity and Villamartin within 15 minutes walk. We did hire a car, which was helpful for shopping at La Zenia boulevard and getting to visit other areas, like Torrevieja and Oriheula town. The villa itself is located in a very quiet residential area. It had everything we required for our stay, with the highlight being the fabulous pool and outdoor area. Joan was very fast at responding to us, as were the service agents. In summary we had a wonderful stay and loved the villa and location.

All about the pool

The place is looking a little tired just need a spruce up Good space in the villa but a bit cluttered with personal things The pool is great although the furniture needs replacing not enough sun loungers We did not use the outside kitchen thought it needed a good clean Think a car is necessary, Local bars ok full of ex pats not are thing really Couple of nice restaurants in the Plaza 15 mins walk I am trying to be honest as I can be without seeming to be someone who moans The pool is fantastic great size to swim in nice quite area no noise at night or during the day We would stay again just needs a couple of tweaks to be fantastic place

Point négatif : la villa sale , le ménage pas fait à notre arrivée, le four pas propre avec une odeur désagréable ,la vaisselle très sale casseroles et poêles dégueulasse ,le canapé très vieux .vraiment l intérieur et a changer .. . a l'extérieur : 3 chaises casser sur 5 autour de la piscine ... Seulement la piscine et top ... C est un manque de respect vis a vis du loueur ... Je suis vraiment déçu !! Trop cher pour la vétustete de la villa ...

Fantástico

La agencia nos ha tratado fabulosamente bien. Encantadores. Surgió el imprevisto de que una noche no se encendieron las luces internas de la piscina y al día siguiente vinieron a solucionarlo. Another great holiday at this Villa. This was our 3rd visit and we have already booked for next year. Everything you need is provided. A very tranquil area, but only 5 or 10 minutes from bars and restaurants and just a few minutes more to the famous Plaza. A special mention for the excellent meet and greet service. I would strongly recommend this holiday home for all the reason above and of course the main attraction the outside area and pool...

Awesome Holiday

The Villa is a little tired looking however we found it extremely comfortable and had everything we wanted. The team that look after the property are very professional, helpful and polite. Always on hand if you need support. I would 100% recommend this property with value for your money. The question is, are we going back………….YES!

Property is very neglected and dated The photos advertised must have been taken when the property was built there was no local information ie nearest shop which when we found it was over a mile away no bus service or any information on taxis the top of the villa was closed off apparently it was for the owners use so basically it was a flat The best part was the pool and the weather

Lo único que merece la pena es la piscina

La casa esta muy dejada, le falta mantenimiento y renovación. Por no hablar de la falta de limpieza, cazuelas sucias, platos vasos y cubiertos con grasa e incluso alguna sábana con manchas, sorprendente porque al llegar tuvimos que pagar por la limpieza, algo que no vimos por ningún sitio de la casa. Las hamacas de la piscina muy viejas y también sucias las colchonetas El jardín lleno de trastos que no valian para nada amontonados dando la impresión de semi abandono. Todo esto se lo hicimos llegar via mail al profesional inmobiliario el día que llegamos y todavía no he recibido respuesta una semana después. Después de estar una semana allí me da la sensación que me han tomado el pelo. Lo dicho si no es por la piscina no merece la pena pagar ni 1€. Un saludo

Endroit plutôt tranquille avec super piscine

La villa est simple mais bien équipée. Le tout est plutôt ancien, la cuisine d'été mérite un bon rafraichissement. La literie était bonne. La piscine par contre était très propre et très bien entretenue. Le palmier sur la photo n'y est plus et les chaises au tour de la piscine sont vieilles et devrait être changées à notre avis. A par ça nous avons passé de bonnes vacances. Merci à Mike pour l'accueil sympa.

Favourite Place In Spain

Another amazing hoilday, second time around, it was just as fantastic as the first time. A home from home with the added extra of the sun brilliant clean pool & of course Sunshine Fm. We have become so attached to the Villa because of where it's situated, total peace & quiet, it really does make you feel relaxed & any worries drain away. It's also in walking distance of Morgan's bar which is a great relaxed atmosphere with the regular quiz a sense of humour is a must, also Wolfies a eating place good food even when under staffed nothing was to much trouble, Villamartin Plaza is better by car if walking is not your thing, Chadwicks the Cafe is great, friendly service, the shops around all have friendly staff whether they are Spanish or English, it really is a amazing area. I would definitely recommend this Villa if your looking for a relaxing, chilled holiday & if life is kind to us we will like to book again next year, if we would be welcome.

Amazing pool in a quiet area

On booking this holiday the pool was the selling point and it didn't disappoint absolutely fantastic The outside area I think needs updating although functional so outdated the BBQ has had its day RIP BBQ the covered area worked well in the heat and breakfast on the new seating was a dream The plants some are past their life and new plant would go so far in making the pool area the dream area it could be Inside works well the kitchen area fantastic the dishwasher make like so easy Next time half the cloths as the washing machine is great Big question would I come back ? A big YES and hope to book again soon. So quiet here and a place to recharge our battery's for life back in the UK . Thanks to Angela and Steve for the meet and great all covered to make a brilliant stay

Excellent time had by all, the outside space is where we spent all our time that and the pool is what made it for us,big enough for 4 adults to swim comfortably,it was very hot so the shaded area was a god send without it we couldn't have been outside all day,inside was nice could just do with a bit of declutter and aircon in the bedroom would have made sleeping a lot better,we will defenatly be booking again, thankyou Joan for sharing your home with us.

Lovely villa for a relaxing break

This villa is great if you want a quiet holiday away from the hustle and bustle of tourist area. The pool and outside kitchen is the best feature, probably needs a bit of updating but it is a great place to spend time relaxing in the sun. The only downside is the lack of aircon in the bedrooms, the fans are quite noisy and not very effective in the Spanish heat. The villa is located about 10/15 mins walk from Villamartin Plazza and La Fuente commercial centre where you will find bars and restaurants and shops. Beaches are a few kilometres away. Public transport isn't that good in the Villamartin area, taxis are the best bet and not expensive if you want to go further afield. Overall I would highly recommend this villa for a quiet break, it is excellent value for money, we had a great time. Also, I would like to say the property manager Steve is really helpful, gave us lots of info about the area, a really nice guy.

Fantastic villa, everything you need is there. The pool is a great size and plenty outdoor swimming material in the big boxes outside. There was only my husband and myself and was looking for a quiet holiday away from the hustle of daily life at home, we weren't disappointed and found the area quiet and friendly and not far from local amenities. 5 minutes from nearest bar wolfies who serves food which is lovely and morgans bar just a further 2 minutes. Nearest supermarket is only 20 minute walk, however book a taxi for coming back. The local taxi was also friendly. Will definitely be back!! Thank you joan.

A home from home

Enjoyed many holidays in this area and this villa certainly ticks all the box's for a superb holiday. Inside,the villa is clean,tidy, with all you need for a home from home. Outside , the pool size is excellent with plenty of seats and sun loungers. Add the "outside living" feature and you do not really need to leave the villa at all ! The location is peaceful but within walking distance of some very good bars, Wolfies, Morgans, Secret Garden, an Asian restraunt well worth a visit and the commercial centre beyond the supermarket. With a car, visit San Miguel de Salinas for more authentic Spanish restraunts, and DO NOT miss the La Zenia Boulevard !! Great shops, tapas and bars to watch sport on a massive outdoor tv screen. If your a beach lover you will be spoilt for choice,, personal favourite El Capitan and Campomar by the beach restraunt. Enjoy ,,, as we will certainly be back in the future.

My husband and I purchased the Villa in 1989. Over the years we have added to the property, making it a joy to stay in. During the sunnier days (which are many) most of the time is spent outside and so the addition of our outside kitchen and dining area has been wonderful. Sometimes we go down onto the patio for breakfast and stay all day. We are retired now, so enjoy the quiet life that the villa brings, but if we want wonderful food and exciting company the Villamartin Plaza is around 20 minutes walk away.

Why they chose this property

When we bought we didn't know the area, but we knew we wanted a property in a residential area, within 10 minutes drive of the beach. We also wanted to be able to walk to shops and restaurants and the villa is perfectly situated for all this. It enjoys the privacy of a detached property and the private pool and patio is a haven of tranquility. Within 20 minutes you can be in the countryside enjoying real Spain and the nearby town of Torrevieja is certainly worth a visit.
