In Villa Gradi you will experience history in vivo and feel like part of an old story which has lasted for five centuries. This villa offers accommodation for 12+2+2 persons, maximum 16 guests in nine bedrooms en suite with bath, living room, original kitchen and dining, summer kitchen and grill, large gloriet, several open terraces, cultivated gardens and off-road parking place.External stairs lead up to the swimming pool and jacuzzi. All together 2500 square meters interior and exterior for the renters to enjoy and smaller private part where is means for maintaining. Concrete beach and mooring place is in front of the house.

We rent our family property Villa Gradi that has been our family heretige for 400 years. Since we are local, we deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, repairs, and anything in between. All of our properties are fully furnished and have all the amenities of real home! Our grandgrandmother Fani Stojan built three hotels in Dubrovnik in late 1930s. Comunist goverment took them away but tradition stil exists in the family. My parents started business in late 1980s. We were in the business until the war in Croatia. Villa Gradi was seriously damaged in that war in 1991. It took years to reconstruct Villa Gradi and start business again.
