Perfectly located with magnificent views of the sea, harbour, cruise pier and Mount Ainos. Close to all the amenities and attractions of Argostoli. Originally built and furnished as a home this beautifully compact apartment is very comfortable and well decorated. It is set on two floors with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor and the lounge/dining room, bathroom and kitchen on the lower floor. The apartment is part of a small residential block on the edge of Argostoli where the tree lined coast road dips down to the sea and continues to the lighthouse. Just imagine being able to walk down for a swim and then relax with a drink on the balcony enjoying the stunning view before wandering down to a taverna. The cruise ships dock on the pier virtually opposite providing another aspect to the view which is constantly changing, the sunlight altering the colours of the mountains opposite.
