Very large villa that accomodated 5 of us with plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked. Large dining room table for 8. All bedrooms are upstairs, 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and the large master bedroom on the 3rd floor. There's a small convenience store OXXO about 5 min walk.

This home is everything that it displays in the picture. The manager cleans everyday. Excellent host. Communication is excellent. I had no problems with the property. And the location is ideal for wherever you want to go. I highly recommend this property.

This property is beach front and mere steps to the pool! Condo was clean and well stocked with anything you might need from chairs for the beach, sand and pool toys, beach towels, and all the kitchen accessories to prepare and cook your own meals. Each bedroom has a balcony with a beautiful view - the master suite on the 3rd floor is nothing short of spectacular! There is housekeeping services offered daily except Sundays. Roberto is available to help with any maintenance needs and he will also cook a meal for you (for an additional charge). Highly recommend taking advantage of this! Our meal was amazing! The fee is nominal. Marty, the host, is very easy to communicate with and provides a well thought out information packet prior to your stay. He even gives you his recommendations on restaurants - although some have closed since he last updated his list. I would strongly recommend Fred’s if you like seafood - sunset views, top notch service and exquisite food. Condo is conveniently located within the hotel zone and it is easy to get around by Uber. Would stay here again.

Wonderful Place to stay

We were very impressed by the size of condo. Amenities were great. View was spectacular. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking at somewhere to stay with family.

Summer Family Vacation

This is a great place for anyone looking to enjoy Cancun, but who doesn't enjoy staying at crowded, expensive resorts. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short due to tropical storms, but we enjoyed spending time in this amazing beach house, and we plan to come back as soon as possible!

Beautiful stay

This place was perfect for our family of eight. Everyone slept in a very comfortable bed. The location was ideal. Access to the beach within walking distance. Beautiful beach! The rental was very well stocked. Definitely will stay here again!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at Marty's villa. It's in a great location right by the beach. The place was clean and had everything that we needed. If you have small children, you might want to keep an eye on them while climbing the stairs. We'll be happy to stay at this place again

Absolutely amazing experience in Cancun

The property was even better than we expected. Martin ensures this property is meticulously cared for. We loved the location - quiet but close enough to town. Navios across the street is very beautiful with amazing food. We truly fell in love with this place and hope to be back!

Amazing Stay!

This condo is beautiful - near the pool and steps away from what feels like your own private beach. It's extremely clean and the staff that maintains it is wonderful and helpful. It's located maybe a 10 minute bus/cab ride from hotel row - which was perfect for us. The owners communication is great - complete with a welcome package that had recommendations for restaurants and activities. If we return to Cancun, this would be my first choice to stay.

A wonderful trip

Everything was absolutely perfect. The property owner was amazing and his communication leading up to our vacation was great and super helpful. Roberto and Guillermina were amazing and so nice. I would definitely recommend staying here and we will be rebooking in the future. Can’t say enough good things!

The views were amazing, Roberto’s dinners were amazing. The way that Roberto and his wife went out of their way to make sure you were taken care of. Not to mention the experience with the sea turtles that come every night to lay their eggs and the release Of the baby turtles nightly

amazing

my husband I and spent a week in Marty's condo with our 4 kids ages 17, 17, 15 and 11. We had an incredible time. The location was perfect, the condo was better than we imagined. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Beautiful, spacious, quiet ocean side condo

This condo was the perfect getaway for my family during such uncertain times. I went with my parents and young children including an infant. The property is beautiful, clean, quiet, safe and relaxing. The neighbors are friendly and courteous. The host and manager are incredibly responsive and accommodating. My only complaint is that the trip wasn't long enough!

Beautiful home

Beautiful home, I stayed in the master suite and it’s the whole 3rd floor, the views are amazing, super clean, the last day I was looking for some medicine and couldn’t find it and I told Roberto and his wife and he went out of his way to go find it. Very nice people, very humble. Will definitely book here again….

That was my second visit to the villa, and again everything went great. Martin makes booking easy.This time we went with 8 people and everybody loved. Guilhermina and Roberto are great, the villa is aways clean, and if you ask Roberto to cook you won't be disappointed. The views are beyond amazing, and we have the beach and pool for ourselves. Micro Bliss...

... And while we would loved to have stayed longer, our three days were just perfect! So quiet and yet so close to the airport. Had dinner in our first night, prepared by Roberto and Guillermina. AMAZING! Arrange this! Walked to dinner the next two nights. No need for a car for a week-end getaway. Thank you Marty! You were so accommodating, your villa is lovely and now I fully understand why you have repeat guests!
