About this property

'Pretty Cottage', with riverside garden. Peaceful But Central Location, in Solva

'Pretty Cottage' is dog-friendly, end of terrace cottage in lower Solva, one of Pembrokeshire's most picturesque harbour villages.
Comprising of a comfortable, cosy living room, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, utility area and shower/toilet downstairs, with two bedrooms (1 x double, 1 x twin) and a bathroom upstairs, all tastefully decorated with bespoke curtains and furnishings. Outside is a pretty garden and patio/BBQ area backing on to the River Solva which runs along the bottom of the garden.
The cottage is within easy reach of the harbour, tea rooms, pubs and shops, whilst the village is an ideal base from which to explore the coastal path, fantastic local beaches, stunning coastline and sites of historic interest such as nearby St Davids (3 miles away) and the natural beauty of Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and its wildlife.
Solva itself is a mecca for water sports enthusiasts and being a nice sheltered harbour provides a perfect place to launch a paddleboard, kayak or small boat for just practising in safe conditions or venturing out further afield into St Brides Bay. There is also an enthusiastic 'wild swimming' community in Solva that can be seen swimming in the sea most days of the year.
Wifi is available in the cottage. Parking for Pretty Cottage is in a communal parking area for approximately 5 cars on the opposite side of the road to the path leading up to the Cottage, roughly 25 metres away (please note this is not a dedicated parking area and there is usually room but this can not be guaranteed)
Bookings run Friday - Friday during the main season, although we may be able to be flexible with this out of season so please do get in touch.
