Perfectly located, only a few meters from the sea, and with a 30m2 terrace, it provides an exceptional experience, whether you want to watch the sun set across the bay with a glass of wine or spend the day sun bathing on the beach which is only a stone’s throw away from the apartment.

The Moll Apartment is also located close to restaurants, bars, the bus stop and other sandy beaches which offer plenty of choices when it comes to water-based activities. The design of the apartment, and the floor to ceiling glazing allows you to enjoy the views across the bay if you decide to sit inside during the winter months.
